The left handle has a release switch for when the blades need to be disconnected. There are 4 dust slots activated by buttons above the release switches.

Looks: Cerise has long red hair, usually worn down, but braided during training or on future missions. She has muscle definition in her arms, legs, and abs. When not in a school uniform she will wear short dresses, shorts, or overalls but never long, flowy or otherwise loose clothing.
Personality: Cerise can be a pretty no-nonsense type of person, but mostly when there are things that need doing. If there’s nothing to be done she enjoys the energy and antics of her friends and classmates and will joke around with them.

Background Information
Born in Atlas to Vera and Saffron Martel, Cerise is the middle child of 3. Her sister, Lilas, is 4 years older than her while her brother Maize is 2 years younger. Cerise and her family originally lived in Atlas, Vera as a huntress and Saffron as a business woman at a dust company. The three siblings were often left to their own devices and Cerise spent most of her time either at the library, studying the histories of the kingdoms and of hunters and huntresses, or in martial arts lessons. However, she would always drop what she was doing should Lilas or Maize ask her to read to them. The kids loved stories, and Cerise was the best at reading them, due mainly to the fact that Maize was never good at reading and Lilas simply didn't care for it. But it was not just those facts that made Cerise the best, she often acted out scenes with different voices for the characters and she knew how to hold the suspense for just the right amount of time.
A few months after Cerise's tenth birthday, the family moved to Vale because of a promotional opportunity for Saffron at her job. Since Vera works everywhere as a huntress in any case, the decision was made final when the kids expressed their excitement at the chance to travel. It didn’t take long for the kids to settle and make new friends. Cerise found a good friend in Cerulean Delmar, a young boy who lived nearby that loved stories and history as much as Cerise. Though he decided not to attend combat school, he happily agreed to be Cerise’s sparring partner for as long as she required.
Since then, life has been pretty consistent for Cerise. Library, martial arts, being accepted to Signal for Huntress Training, being annoyed by her siblings. The usual teen things. Cerise is excited to finally be attending Beacon and be able to prove herself as someone worthy of being called a Huntress.
