It had taken a bit of compromise on both ends and in the end the agreement was that Markus entered DCU and started on the road of Computer Science. But in turn for this Jae agreed to rent the two bedroom apartment they now both stood in. It was a small place downtown but it was affordable. Markus had even gotten a job, a pizza boy, which meant his half of the cost would be covered.

Markus grinned over the top of a box he carried in and placed in the living room. Having been nothing short of a ray of sunshine since the moment Jae agreed to live with him. This was it he thought to himself as he turned back to find the redhead, this was the moment that could make or break them!

Living together, with his so far unrequited love, it would be a very good defining moment in his life. This would give him the chance to show Jae how good they could be together. It would also force the other man to be in contact with him daily! "We should order in tonight, you know to celebrate heh.." He said as a hand wiped the sweat from his brow.
