Personality: She is Adventurous, Rebellious, Good (not evil), extroverted, attention-seeking, and sometimes a bit unreasonable due to how naive she can be sometimes.
History: At first, You'd think it would be cool to be the daughter of a notorious pirate. Well if you want to be a good person, you'll be scolded for it and be forced to clean the poop-deck. That's the case with Celia. Celia Hook was born and raised on a ship nearly her whole life. She plans to establish (or join) a group of good pirates in order to stop her father from plundering innocent people. Her mother's whereabouts are unknown.
Weaknesses: Choosing between her only family, or what's best for the people affected by it.
Strengths: Her acrobatics she learned as a pirate, the fact she never gets seasick, and her cunning ability to sneak anywhere without being seen.
