"Can't you move any more quickly?" Rianon complained through grit teeth, as an orangeblood much bigger than her was using the young troll to support themselves. Their foot had gotten caught in a snare, their howl had alerted the nearby hunters to where the quarry was. This one probably wouldn't have lasted very long if the little witch hadn't heard the racket of a rowdy hunting party getting at the ready. Rianon was donning colorless clothes, with a dark gray shawl draped over her head. Even as young as she was, she wasn't stupid, she knew if she was seen assisting a hunted troll she'd be in some big trouble. It was difficult to tell where the hunting party was at, "Looks like we're gonna have to do this the hard way." Without so much of a warning Rianon disappeared from existence, taking the wounded lowblood with her. They needed to make some distance, so with a bit of effort the girl teleported a few times, darting from location to location in the woods, hoping that the sound of hunters would diminish soon enough. She was so concentrated on putting a gap between them and the hunting party that she wasn't paying much attention to what or whom else might be deeper in the woods with them.

Vremea had just finished changing into her hemoanonymus ensemble, pushing some hair away from her face and sliding her glasses onto her face. She had discovered a rather safe way from the swamp to Four Fronds, but it was right through hunting territory, so Vremea would need to be careful. She had researched before she'd left society when the next hunting days would be, and it said that on this day, it'd be free. The nervousness in her chest rang true. To think if she was found out as Vremea, she'd be killed, or at worst, hunted. She swallowed the lump in her throat, traversing through the forest with a slight fear one would get thinking there were eyes in places she couldn't see. Thought she reassured herself, remembering there were no hunts going on now.
Or so she thought.
The sound of rustling and voices in the wood made the yellowblood freeze and hide behind a large tree, the sounds quite a distance away but still enough to make her sweat under her clothes. She clenched the strap of the bag holding the neutral clothes she used to walk part way, breathing lightly, almost inaudible. "Did'ya see ********??" "It's like'e dissapeared, 'n Hundad can't smell'em anymore. We gottem good tho', trashblood got snared somewhere good," One of the voices cursed, a retching spitting sound echoing through the area and the sound of a snarl making the hairs on Vremea's neck stand on edge. She held her breath. A growl was heard. "Aha! That ******** not gettin' away fer long. Leggo, Hun's gotta read on 'im again." A grunt was heard before the sound of steps retreating clued Vremea in to what exactly she was dealing with now. Hunters?!?! Had she read wrong?? Maybe it was a surprise hunting?? Either way, it seemed Vremea was now forced to deal with the one thing she wasn't prepared for-- Hunters.
And to top it all off, she had no plan other than her original.
She couldn't believe she'd placed so much faith in a plan with so many holes. What was wrong with her?! Oh goodness, she wished this was just a daymare...
Choosing now to leave, the yellowblood began her travel in the opposite direction she'd heard the Hunters travel, tugging the cloak she had out of her bag and pulling it around her. With any luck, she wouldn't be found.
The moment she thought that, two trolls poofed right in front of her. It was almost as if out of thin air, and Vremea caught herself before she could let out a shriek of shock. Her face went pale, but anyone could see there was no way the two trolls could've been a threat. One was a judt a kid, the other a bleeding adult. Vremea swallowed, pump biscuit pounding in her chest like a drum. She was so shocked, she couldn't even speak-- Were these... the trolls being searched for?? Did they just... Rift out of mid air...?

The young girl cloaked in a shawl looked a little more worn down than would be expected from an uninjured child, and in fact looked to be the one taking charge of the situation. "Oh will ya calm yourself down? Jeez, it's not even a life threatening wound," she said, grabbing a vial of something out of a fold in her dress. "We can rest for a second. This should help you stop bleeding. They're far enough away to give us a little-" the child stopped mid-sentence as she noticed the orangeblood staring at an unexpected complication. Rianon turned her head, having been so swept up in the moment that she hadn't noticed the anonymously dressed adult troll standing to the side of them. The surprise startled the child, causing her to drop the vial, glass shattering against a rock. She jumped, pulling the shawl more tightly around herself. She instinctively put herself between the stranger and the injured troll. Perhaps not the best move in terms of self preservation, however it definitely showed that this kid had guts. How was there someone else here? The hunting party hadn't really fanned out yet, as far as Ri could tell, but it was foolish to assume that she was the only troll with a gift in Four Fronds. Could this be a new tracker? Was she also gifted, using it for evil perhaps? If that were true how could she have gotten the jump on them while Ri had just teleported them multiple times? Were they just waiting until she was tired out? The greenblood's mind raced with all these possibilities, meanwhile her eyes darted over the stranger. It would be unusual for an anonymous blood to be part of a hunting party, or at least she hadn't seen one of them hunting yet. As logic started to settle in Rianon found herself resting at complete indecision, the situation was too chaotic to make an educated guess. "Who are you? Why're you out in the forest in the middle of a hunt?" She finally asked, having gathered up the courage to break the silence after what seemed like a tense stare down.

Vremea was shellshocked, wide eyes darting between the orangeblood and the anonymous troll when the bottle dropped out of her hands and to the floor. Vremea was wrenched out of her daze, hearing the question and opening her mouth, eyes falling to the blood that covered the orangeblood-- What was this troll doing? Was she helping the troll? Oh, no, just what did Vremea get herself into? She should've run in that moment, but her worry made her stay. After all, the small girl was just a child, what was she doing helping a grown troll during a hunt?? And this poor orangeblood was in trouble, surely the troll that was being hunted. "I am--" Vremea coughed, glancing around nervously at the area around them. "...Not important." At least, not now. There was no time for introductions, anyways. None of them could run away now, they were all in this together.
"W-we need to help him get out." She figured the young troll was helping him willingly, as she had the good sense to even go hemoanonymous. She didn't seem to know them, either, seeming unfamiliar with the older troll. Maybe she was helping him escape? It seemed she had her own agenda. Well, at least she knew she couldn't sell her out. She was Bellen now, after all. "I have an item that may heal him, but we need to be somewhere safer. I've seen the hunters nearby, so we'd better be careful."

The young troll gave the stranger a sidelong stare. She did not like this situation, surprises rarely turned out for the better in the middle of a hunt. Regardless, the woman was right, even if she was trying to trick them they couldn't just stand around and lollygag. Plus, she could use the help supporting the orangeblood on his bum leg. Finally Rianon nodded toward her, "This way, there's a stream. We can throw them off our scent if we get across it."The girl waited for the unfortunate lowblood to sling his other arm over the new troll before they hurried off. Rianon knew these woods like the back of her hands, so she didn't have to spend too much time watching where they were going. She kept a close watch on the anonymous troll. She'd like to believe she could trust this stranger, but her timing was just oddly serendipitous. If she really did end up helping them, this could be a great night for the girl. Maybe she would finally have a friend, an ally in her unlawful rescues. But, it was too early to tell just what her true prerogative was.

The hemoanon nodded at her words, following after the kid and allowing the orangeblood to slide their arm around her shoulders. Together, they navigated through the silent forest hurriedly, trying not make so much noise. Vremea was barely ever in the forest-- The few times she was, however, were nights she never wished to remember. Tonight seemed like it'd become one of those, depending on how it turned out.
The child led them to the stream, and Vremea squinted at it, stopping. "H-how are we supposed to get around?" Vremea asked, slightly out of breath. The troll was rather large-- The kid seemed rather capable, even for a young one...

The older troll was right, the stream was high and the currents were pretty rapid. Rianon glanced at the injured orangeblood, even with their support he might get washed away if they tried to wade through it. For the first time since she started tonight's mission, she looked a little concerned. "Alright well..." the girl started, chewing her bottom lip in contemplation. She was unsure. She'd never teleported with more than one other troll before, she wasn't entirely sure if she could, especially being so spent already. "I think...we might need to find another way...the stream is-" the girl was cut off again as some branched snapped in a small clearing not too far behind them. Rianon cursed under her breath, there was no other way. "Alternia help us," she said before grabbing onto both the orangeblood and the hemoanonymous troll. In a poof of green smoke Rianon concentrated as hard as she could, carrying the added weight of two adult trolls across the stream. She had no choice, this was the only way they could make it. She HAD to pull this off.
In the blink of an eye the three of them reappeared a ways across the stream. In her determination it seemed as though Rianon had far overshot the distance they needed, but that was by no means a bad thing. As they reappeared the sound of the stream could be heard quite a distance behind them. To someone who hadn't teleported before it might be a bit disorienting, suddenly appearing in a completely different location. They were out of the woods, so to speak, for now. However, Rianon had definitely poured too much of herself into stretching her limits. It only took a few moments for the girl to collapse to her knees, grabbing onto either of the adult troll's clothes to try and keep herself from collapsing completely.

Vremea looked around the area a little, searching for another way to cross the river. Unfortunately, there was no time, and soon after the younger girl was interrupted as she spoke. Vremea tensed at the sound of steps, hands tightening in fear. Was this it? Was this her end?
Apparently not. The girl latched herself to both her and the orangeblood, and for a heart-stopping second, Vremea felt extremely lost, helpless-- Wait, where-- The yellowblood blinked and stumbled a little, looking around her, extremely disoriented. Where-- what...
What pulled her out of her stupor was the slight tug of a hand on the bottom of her skirt. She swallowed. Was that... her doing? Did she just teleport them? Vremea stared at the girl incredulously. Did Vremea just find a diamond in the rough? She carefully placed the orangeblooded troll down, then bent down to help the girl sit down. "Rest a moment. We can continue in a minute." She didn't know exactly if she could trust them, but the young girl just saved their life. She definitely wouldn't explain herself, but she believed that she at least deserved a lighter load. She tugged off a glove, flexing her hand slightly before holding it above the injured leg of the orangeblood. "Stay calm. This will not hurt." Much. She focused, her hand glowing yellow as she began to picture the leg below her, slowly repairing itself wherever the light touched. It took a few seconds, but eventually, the leg was almost as good as new. Vremea breathed. "Alright. You should be better now." Vremea glanced at the girl to the side, cracking her knuckles a little before simply sliding her glove back on and giving both of them hard glares. "You both are not to tell anyone of this incident, should you value your lives." Of course, it was an empty threat, but they didn't know that.
They didn't know her.
Though that little girl showed some very interesting potential.

Rianon clutched the shawl in front of her chest, weary and trying to catch her breath. Her eyes were glassy, struggling to stay propped up she wished she had a nice steamy cup of tea right then. What she did get was more of a treat than any cup of tea though. She watched the woman help the orangeblood lay down. Rianon recalled her saying something about a trinket that could help, but what she saw was so much more...magickal. Eyes wide with wonder, Rianon stared as the woman removed a glove and passed a glowing hand over the snare wound. It was the ultimate gift, the gift of life. The girl's jaw looked as though it were unhinged with how far it dropped. Another troll with a gift from Alternia, a very mighty gift at that. "That's amaz-" Rianon stopped herself as the orangeblood scrambled back to his feet. He was well again, and in a much better situation to escape with a good distance between him and the hunters now. Without much of a goodbye from the lowblood, he darted back off into the woods, hopefully to safety by this point. Rianon wore a sad smile watching the troll dash off, to continue his life. "Bye..." she said quietly. It was always bittersweet to watch them leave. All of them did, every time they left the girl alone, again. She couldn't find it in herself to blame them, but she always wished she would see them again. It was odd though, this time there was someone left with her, well, kind of. The situation was still massively peculiar, but any reservations that Ri might have held onto melted away while witnessing the woman's gift.
As the threat fell on both of them, the orangeblood probably taking that as his signal to go, Rianon gave a short laugh. "Ya think the loners in Four Fronds talk to anyone about anything? They don't stay alive by running their mouths." She said, finally getting back to her feet with a bit of a wobble, but feeling so much more energized witnessing a life giving gift. She couldn't contain her excitement any longer, "That was so amazing!" She gushed, her tone lightening vastly now that they were most likely out of harms way. "I've never seen a natural magick like that before. The gift of life...Alternia must've really taken a shining to you!"

The orangeblood bolted right after she finished without even saying a quick thank you. How rude, Vremea thought dimly-- he didn't even have the decency to say thank you to them, after they both saved his life? A glance to young girl after her soft goodbye showed a soft, sadder side to the girl, a streak of weakness upon the normally stone hard glare she normally had. Her reaction had been sad and pitible, and her pump biscuit squeezed when she stared at her, eyebrows creasing slightly. She must've felt attached to them, somehow. It was almost lonely.
The younger girls reaction snapped back to original, and the yellowblood sighed, rubbing her neck. "I suppose so. I'd meant that for you as well, however..." Vremea was interrupted by her eagerness and excitement, eyebrows rising, and giving the girl a chuckle. "It's not thaaat...good...!" Bellen murmured, trying to salvage what was left of her hemoanonmyity-- "But we can speak about that a little later. We should probably find a better place to hide, or at least escape the forest..." While they were an okay distance from the hunters, Vremea was still nervous enough to feel anxiety. They should leave sometime soon... Vremea still felt the tense atmosphere around her, and she wasn't willing to relax in the middle of a forest she was supposed to be escaping. She wasn't, however, because she wanted to know more about the child she'd bumped into. Maybe with a little talk, she'd be able to pick her mind, find out what she was doing here in the first place...!

Rianon nodded a bit, she wasn't too worried about the hunters anymore. They'd need to be really determined to try and keep tracking, and as far as she could tell, there were no signs of them being anywhere nearby. She rarely felt a sense of urgency while deep in the woods, but the adult troll's anxiety was understandable. It also helped to further cement the opinion that she was in fact not with the hunters.
"My hive's not too far away, on the harsher side of the lake. Found a nice marshy little island there, not too easy to get to without some special abilities," she giggled, for a child, she definitely seemed to be slippery to catch. "We can head there, but before I invite you in, I'd at least like to know your name and how you wound up in the middle of the forest like that." The girl started to lead the way, a little slower than normal, she was trying to regain her constitution since she knew she'd need to teleport the two of them at least once more tonight. "I'm Rianon, and until I know you better we can leave it at that." The girl made a flourished twirl with her shawl in front of the woman before giving a slight curtsey as she introduced herself.

Bellen didn't appear surprised at her mention of living nearby. After all, who else would know their way so well through the forest? "Smart thinking." The adult responded, before hearing her response. Vremea rose an eyebrow with a small smile. Sassy one, wasn't she? "I'm afraid all I can tell you for now is Bellen Arecae. A pleasure to meet you." Vremea felt a little bad for lying, but she wasn't Vremea now-- At least, not in appearance. She couldn't tell her anything else until she proved trustworthy. "I hadn't known there'd be a hunt tonight, however." Bellen slid a gloved hand through her hair and dusted off her dress. She looked up at the mention of her name. "Rianon is enough. Don't worry, young one, I won't pry. We all have our own little secrets." She winked at the young girl, slowly following after the younger troll, letting her take her time. She wasn't going to stress her out, even if her anxiety was high. The younger kid seemed rather relaxed... So maybe, she needed to be, too.

"I didn't know there was supposed to be a hunt tonight either. I was out gathering herbs when I heard the ruckus. I had to hurry back to my hive to change. Normally I get there in enough time that the hunted isn't too badly hurt...darn highbloods." It seemed as though the girl were opening up a bit more. Perhaps not the smartest decision, but she was lonely, and this was probably the most time (outside of a hunt) she had spent with another troll in quite a while. As they continued to traverse the forest, Rianon's pace slowly started to pick up. Her energy becoming slowly replenished, she started to sway back and forth, and twirling in little circles, her shawl dancing behind her. It was as if she were listening to a symphony all her own. In reality, Rianon was dancing along to the sound of the night, to the song of Alternia.

"Herbs..." Bellen echoed, listening to her obvious dislike toward highbloods with a raise of her brow. How... blatant. How strong. She could hear the poison in her tone, pursing her lips a little. She settled on waiting until after they arrived to decide or ask anything, something Vremea wasn't exactly sure about. She would need to inspect her more, maybe ask her ore questions about her travels. It was surely dangerous... Speaking of which. "Where is your lusus?" Bellen wondered aloud, following the way of the now dancing young girl, smiling as she watched her dance and leap through the forest trees with confidence and assuredness. It was rather adorable! Bellen wished she knew her better so as to dance and join her, but the yellowblood had to pretend to be a stuffy hemoanon. She could not bring attention to herself.
Even though she already kind of sort of already did, considering her current situation. Nevertheless, she stayed silent, watching the troll with a smile and humming softly as she followed her through the forest, feeling almost peaceful after the recent escapade. It was strange. This troll wasn't like the others. She wasn't.... Loyal. That much was obvious...
