Often coming across as emotionless, Sevira is a strict person who is blunt and doesn't like humor. She is straight-forward and honest, although she can sometimes be too honest that it can hurt the feelings of those around her. She has a fascination with finding out more of her past, which she has forgotten all but five-years ago. She is fiercely loyal, protective, and will die for those she cares about and what she believes in. As one of the only female knights in the Fashrade army and the only female Captain of the Guard in history, she is filled with immense pride. She is respectful and only speaks when necessary.

Special Tactic/Skills:
Swordplay, typically with a broadsword, or archery. The sword she uses and her armor she wears are not that of Fashrade, but of unknown and ancient origins that have yet to be explained. She has a skill of withstanding magical blows, to an extent, and can easily sense evil or dark auras around her for a reasonable distance. Her sheer brutish strength, far stronger than a normal human, is her biggest asset in battle, with a single swing capable of slicing someone in half.

Battle Strength:
She is powerful and agile with her sword and it is her main weapon in close-range combat. However, she wields a bow and arrow for long-distance fighting and has pin-point accuracy and lethal force from an exceptionally long distance.

Battle Weakness:
While she has great speed, strength, and agility, her endurance is much lower than that of normal knights and warriors. As such, she has to finish fights quickly or seek aid from allies.

Clothing:
The silver armor matched with the white and blue Captain of the Guard cloak is her pride in being of the Fashrade army. The armor she wears on a daily basis is the Royal Guard armor, allowing more movement by sacrificing many parts of plate armor.

She only wears her Fashrade Armor when leaving the city on any errand from the King. She wears a white robe over the armor to show her rank as a Lieutenant; higher ranks wear different shades of blue (as this is the main color of the Fashrade flag).

            Weapon Background:
            The poison was made by an Angelic wizard from Erelandra, so it can easily kill demons and other dark creatures. When used against other races, or mixed races, it will paralyse them for up to eight hours. She only uses it when she has to and not as some dirty trick to restrain opponents. The dagger, because of the smaller blade, is often used more as a slashing means to paralyse and his harder to use to kill opponents. She stabbed Teivel in the arm, but it did not affect him, given that he is naturally immune to poison.

Sevira stumbled into Maeven bloody and bruised, 5 years prior to the start of the story, injured near to death from what seemed to be Noeven weapons. Her hands had been impaled straight through, like in crucifixion, and she had broken ribs and bleeding welts from repeated whippings. The healers thought she would have surely died during the night from the injuries, but she fought through. The poison in her blood also nearly killed her, her being told she might lose her arms. However, she fought through that as well and pushed through to being fully healed. It took several months before she was allowed to leave the Academy of Magic in Maeven to be placed in the Army of Fashrade. As an orphan with no family, she needed to be put to use. She was rebellious and aggressive in her youth, learning to be better only from constant failure and pain.

Sevira is a Knight who rose through the ranks rather quickly with much promise. She is one of the only female knights in the Fashrade army, something she takes with pride. She is also the Captain of the Guard, a position no female has ever had before. She is a stern person who seldom speaks unless necessary and will only use violence to get an answer if all other means have failed. She has memory loss of her childhood; her only memories go back to five years in the past. While no one has filled her in on her background, she isn't intent on finding out the truth, happy with who she is now. Every now and again she'll find a lead and chase it, but it goes nowhere, so she has since stopped trying to know her past. She seems to have a hatred for witchcraft for unknown reasons and will often be rude and sometimes aggressive towards those who are magically inclined. She, for some reason that cannot be explained to this day, immune to dark magic and curses. Some scholars within the Academy of Magic in Maeven say she is already cursed (due to her memory loss), likely by demons from Noeven, and as such cannot be cursed again in any way. She often uses this to her advantage to prevent anyone else from becoming cursed.

Special Abilities:
While she isn't a fighter in the same sense as knights, she is certainly advanced in skill when it comes to magic and potions. She learned from witches and warlocks from Erelandra as well as her own people to be able to protect herself without direct harm. Most of her spells are for disarming or freezing opponents in place, and while she does know spells used for fighting, she dislikes using them.

Battle Attire:
Since she is not a fighter, she does not have any armor nor weapons to fight with, that is until a later time. After entering Maeven and encountering Wilhelm and Sevira, she is given a rapier sword designed for her to wield and train with.

The cart she carries with her that carries all of the herbs and brews for her potions. She also carries her spell book in the cart. She does know a spell to make the cart turn into a pendant which she wears around her neck if on the road so she isn't robbed.

            This is a simple rapier blade that was designed by the blacksmiths of Maeven under Wilhelm's command as a weapon for Amira/Elesmira. She later learns to train with the sword in a style close to fencing by both Fashrade Knights and is very happy to learn something by choice rather than being forced to as she was in her youth.

Background:
Amira has grown up her whole life in the luxurious palace of Kerash, waited on hand and foot. Unlike her brother, who cam be spoilt from time to time, she has always been innocent and kind-hearted. Her kindness turned to horror when her family was attacked in their home by Noeven demon assassins. Her brother was severely injured and as a result placed into a coma to protect him as his life hangs in the balance The demon assassins are after her, thinking that if she is sacrificed at the temple, Kamawanaiyo can absorb her power and use it to take control of Goleta once and for all. She has the potential to be a great leader, but she is shy and timid from a life of luxury. This doesn't mean she isn't content with her life, she knows how to act like a peasant. She removed her royal robes and way of speaking for a more "down to earth" clothing and behavior. After all, she is posing as a Travelling Healer. Nothing flash about that, or so she tries to make it seem. She seeks to be part of the group looking for the Host of Kamawanaiyo under the illusion of her being their healer; she is really looking for protectors to keep the demons at bay.

The dark witch currently resides within a host, lying dormant while her powers only grow. Who the host is is a mystery, and if they are found they must be isolated far from the Temple of Fate. As her magic grows, so does her subtle control over her host, allowing her to cause them to travel to the Temple. Should the host be killed, she would be freed as a result.

Personality/Mannerism:
A more vile personality couldn't be found. She seems to have no real motives for the crimes she has caused other than "I wanted to" or "I was bored". She is vicious and will kill anyone or anything for little to no reason. She has no remorse, no pity, no care for anyone but herself. Many claim that when the Gods placed man on Earth, to prevent him from committing sin, they put all the evil in a single soul - Kamawanaiyo. She is vindictive, spiteful, truly evil, and she will use others to her advantage to get what she wants. A master manipulator, she doesn't always have to use her magic to get in someone's head. Her power seems to grow along with people's hatred and fear towards her.

Her eyes look demonic, as a result of her succumbing to the Forbidden/Grimmoire Arts. The whites of her eyes are pure black and her iris' glow an eerie blood red. Her hair is black and seems to move on its own, as if controlled by the wind. There are cracks in her skin across her face and her blood is pure black. Her fingernails are long and sharp, transitioning from purple to black at the tips. Many claim she has poison in her fingernails that can take one's soul. She is frail and boney as a side effect of her magic, which makes her physically weak while in turn her magic is insanely strong. Her lips are cracked and her evil smile is crooked and would make one sick to see it. In her younger years, before the dark magic seeped into her very blood and corrupted her body and soul, she was a rather pretty woman with curly dark brown hair, amber-brown eyes, and a red mark on her forehead which was a scar from an encounter with foreigners.

Personal Skill:
As the only being to be able to survive the tremendous magic of the Forbidden (otherwise titled Grimmoire) Arts, it is a magic of pure evil and curses. With this magic, she has brought Istrea to the brink of destruction and devastation many times over in the past. It is her magic that keeps her alive, but any attempts to strip it from her result in those around her dying. Even from within her host body she can still use her magic to a phenomenal skill, but she is too weak to break through the host yet.

Special Tactic/Skills:
Her only skill is her magic, which records say has no limits. Those who wield magic know that every magical being has limits and weaknesses, but Kamawanaiyo never let anyone discover hers. Even when she was trapped in a host for countless millenia, she was still able to use her magic to control events around her.

Battle Strength:
The only weapon and skills is her greatly feared Black Magic.

Battle Weakness:
She is extremely frail because of the toll her magic takes on her body. While she is immune to physical pain, she cannot stand without the aid of her own magic and she could be subdued by physical constraints of her magic was dealt with.


[ABILITY INFORMATION]


Special Abilities:
The Grimmoire / Forbidden Arts:
The darkest of dark magic, said to be all the evil in the world. No one was thought to be able to wield it, as it should have killed any and all to merely make it more powerful as time went on. Because of how dark it is, Holy Magic has little to no effect unless a whole army is using the same spell at once. While it has incredible strength in spells, it greatly weakens the body of the host and leaves the body as little more than a husk. There are several weaknesses with this magic, but since it has left nothing but death and destruction and no one seems to be able to counter it, it remains unknown to those of Istrea. The only one able to defeat Kamawanaiyo using this magic was a Valkyrie who was killed and never reborn, leaving that knowledge lost to the world.

Notable Spells:
Allies to Foe, a mind-altering curse that causes allies in a group to have altered perception and see their own friends as the enemy they are facing. It also fills them with rage, attacking blindly, resulting in the death of her enemies in moments.
Deadly Nightmare, another mind-altering spell and her personal favorite. Often used at the start of a fight before fleeing mid-battle. This curse activates when the affected goes to sleep. They then begin to experience nightmares that, to them, seem so life-like they become so scared their heart will stop. Other versions of the curse, depending on the witch's mood, actually cause those nightmares to physically come to life and kill the afflicted.
Curse of Obedience, used on those that Kamawanaiyo finds weak and pointless. This strips the afflicted of free-will, only able to act upon what she wants. Their obedience is only lifted should Kamawanaiyo herself state that. (For an idea of this, see Killgrave's powers in Jessica Jones).
Dying Breath, oncer this spell is cast, whoever is affected by it has only 2 minutes to break it or their heart will stop and kill them. It is a weaker curse which can be broken with excruciating pain. This is used more so to cause pain than to kill.
Steps to Hell, this curse summons hellfire and demonic monsters from the Underworld to fight in her aid. The forms of things that can be summoned depend of Kamawanaiyo herself and what she is facing. The hellfire often forms a maze, with the demonic creatures chasing those caught inside. If someone should touch the hellfire or be devoured by a creature, their soul is trapped within and their magic used by Kamawanaiyo herself. The moans of those who perished within often serve as distraction.

Background:
A witch feared for her dark and ferocious temper, phenomenal magic powers, and tendency to murder anyone left and right. The Valkyries teamed up to stop her once and for all, but her magic was too much even for all of them together. They did, however, manage to trap her within the dying body of a Knight who had come to aid the Valkyries. The identity of this Knight has remained a mystery, although with time running out and Kamawanaiyo's presence becoming more and more clear, the new Valkyries feel that either her host is dying, or she has gained more power than they expected and she is breaking free from her prison....

Personality/Mannerism:
He is mature, cold, and calculating. Raised as an assassin, he is a deadly weapon without anything to wield but his strength and magic. He is cocky and is always sure of himself, often killing opponents quickly and seeming to be surprised and underwhelmed. He is manipulative and deceiving, suing his charm to get his way without lifting a finger. He likes to regard his enemies as "puppets dancing on his strings" and boasts that he has never been beaten in battle to date. The scar across his face, sitting horizontally across his nose, was a gift from the Assassins before he defected.

Personal Skill:
Silent and deadly, he knows how to teleport short distances, a trait all assassins know. His skill as a Parasite Demon also means that, by taking the DNA of anyone whom he comes in contact with (more often through hair or blood rather than skin contact, unless it is vastly prolonged), he can transform his appearance to resemble that person. The voice, appearance, and memories are all the same as the original, but the only thing he cannot mimic is a personality.

[COMBAT INFORMATION]


Special Tactic/Skills:
Specialised in the Assassin Arts; a special way of fighting designed and used exclusively by the assassins of the Assassins Guild. It combined hidden weapons used in close combat. This style of fighting mixes their talent of short-distance teleporting and knife-based contact for sneak-attacks with fatal results. Only those with psychic abilities or those who can generate force-fields (either through magic or as an energy barrier) can have hope of protecting themselves from attacks like these. However, because it fatigues the user, it is not used as a flurry attack and merely as a one-off thing. Few assassins were ever specialised in long or medium-range fighting so it is a weakness for them.

Battle Strength:
As a demon, he is inhumanely strong, but he too has limits. He knows to use his strength and stamina wisely and not to let it get the better of him in a fight. Although this has happened before.

Battle Weakness:
Water, or more specifically, deep and murky bodies of water where the bottom cannot be seen. Before he defected from the Assassin's Guild, he was nearly drowned to death and since then has a fear of water that he is unsure of the depths. If he knows that it is reasonably shallow then he is not afraid of it. Slow moving rivers with no real current do not scare him as much since he can swim to a degree, but he is always wary of the water.



[ABILITY INFORMATION]


Special Abilities:
Parasite Demon Magic- His specific type of demon race is complicated - as if you mixed a vampire, doppelgΓ€nger, and demon together. He can copy the DNA of anyone whom he bites and drinks the blood of, allowing him to copy their appearance, memories, and voice. This makes him an enemy you may never see coming as he could be anyone in the background. The one downside of this natural ability is that he cannot mimic a persons personality.

He often only wears black pants, a black sash tied around his waist with a skull buckle on the side, and black boots. He will sometimes wear a dark grey cloak when travelling.

Battle Attire:
He has a special kind of armor that is conjured up from the pendant on his sash. To summon it, he merely has to tap it. It is a special kind of armor that can absorb the kinetic energy of attacks dealt to him (blunt force attacks, not slashes or stabs with a blade) and transfer that energy to the user to use. As a result, he often lets himself get roughed up by his enemies for a time to absorb as much energy as possible before unleashing it with his own magic in bursts.

            Harbinger of Death


            Weapon Background:
            This spear is a spear that was "blessed" by demonic magic centuries ago. It was designed as a way to defend those in battle by carving a special rune into the back of the user with the same spear by another person before the user would cut themselves and imbue their blood with the spear. Background:
He was raised as an assassin, rising through the ranks to become the best of the best. However, deep within his heart, a darkness stirred. Like a storm building it's strength only to batter the world below with hail and lightning, he would eventually snap and kill many of his comrades on a mission before defecting to be on his own as a Mercenary for Hire. His services aren't cheap because of his skill, and his ego. Few know of his fear of water and he makes sure this remains unknown. The few who have known try and use simple water spells against him, but unless it's a deep body of water it won't affect him. If he uses magic it is often Elemental Magic, particularly storms or shadows. His personality can be complicated, as he seems friendly and charming towards those who are no threat to him or aren't his targets. There are times when in a fight, innocents are killed, and he reacts even more violently towards his opponent as if seeking revenge for the loss of life. Specialised in the Assassin Arts; a special way of fighting designed and used exclusively by the assassins of the Assassins Guild. It combined hidden weapons used in close combat. As an assassin, he can teleport short distances. Unlike the Assassin's Guild, predominantly made up of demons and now known for behaving more like mercenaries, the Order of Assassins is a neutral party and thus have training in all styles of fighting. "Shade" specialises in medium to short-distance fighting.

Battle Strength:
He is not incredibly strong, even though he is more so than a human. What he lacks in pure strength he makes up for in endurance and speed. His agility is above average for a human but, for an assassin, nothing to be impressed with. While many assassins fight with blades, he tends to fight more with his hands in a style close to Muay Thai.

Background:
As an orphan, he was left for dead on the side of the road in a burned carriage. Several members of the newly made Order of Assassins discovered him and took him to their headquarters near the capital kingdom to be raised as an assassin. Over many gruelling years, he rose through the ranks to become one of the best assassins in the Order. As a neutral force in the world of Istrea, all assassins within the Order are tasked with maintaining balance at all costs. Therefore, he was sent to remove the world of the threat that it Teivel; the Demon Parasite of Istrea.
