The Royal Army of Fashrade is willing to give their lives to protect the people of Fashrade and the Royal Family at a moment's notice. They are viewed as the most courageous and valiant force in the lands they inhabit, acting as both the army and as the law enforcement in villages within Fashrade's sphere of influence. The orders of your superiors is law, disobedience is harshly punished in the army. Some commanders are more lax with their command and troops, some may lead with an iron fist. Each is up to the individual, but it is the responsibility of the superiors to punish an officer that is too harsh or cruel.
Ranks
Royal Guard-
1. Sevira Nanashi
Only the most elite soldiers are ever allowed in this rank. They are hand-selected by the royal family themselves and live to protect them. The members consist of soldiers from any and all ranks of the Fashrade Army, and as such many who are a lower rank, but of the Royal Guard, are given respect (such as with Sevira; a Lieutenant in the Army yet the Leader/Captain of the Guards). There is only ever 30 soldiers within the Royal Guard at a time and if one leaves the capital, another takes their place.
General -
1. Wilhelm Arctavius
The General, the top ranked soldier in the army. There is only ever one General and in the army, his or her word is law. Generals may engage in combat, or direct from various vantage points. Every general in Fashrade's history has been different in terms of how they deal with their forces. The General may retire at any time they choose, or demote themselves if they grow weary of command. By doing so, they relinquish all control they previously held, but keep the title of General for as long as they live and will be remembered as such through history unless they betray their oaths. Should the General betray Fashrade, he is beheaded in the arena for all to see. He is removed from all historical texts, his exploits erased for all time. To betray Fashrade is the highest crime, leniency is never an option.
Lieutenant Generals -
1.
The Lieutenant Generals command all Lieutenants when the General is not around and only defers command to the General or the Royal Family. There can only be two at any point in time.

Sergeants
1.
This is the minimum rank for new players, Sergeants command no more than fifteen individuals in their unit.
