The Gehenna District, also known as the Criminal District, is home to those that break the law and are punished. Those that refuse to follow the rules and promote anarchy and chaos are sent here to live a life of pain and sorrow. The place is rundown and lawless. The buildings are ruined and have several health-code violations. There are no hospitals or nurses to help the sick and ill. The only way to survive is by stealing or killing.
