SUBDUED MUSE
The stolid fem who manages time.
Smiling gives you wrinkles. The glass is half empty and the refill better be is something 60 proof or better. Quality and classy gets Lenore where she's going a lot sooner than quantity and trashy. Speaking of quantities, make sure to recycle, upcycle, downsize, and leave less of a footprint where possible- because honestly? Not a whole lot out there worth keeping. It isn't throwing shade when it's true, honey. Devil-may-care would be more accurate than bitchy to describe her. Lenore is pretty sure the Devil stopped caring sometime in the 80s after too many 8balls.
She's decisive, judgey, and not forgiving. She's looking to find the deep soil, conversations, activities and people worth befriending, otherwise it's just more wasted time. More of the same. There's too much Boring out there, and Lenore doesn't have time for that anymore.
TROUBLE
She's bored. Melancholic, even. Everything blends, and except that the calendar says it's Tuesday, it could be literally any other day in any other year. At some point, somewhere, Lenore noticed that life became banal. Maybe it is the throw away culture, maybe it's the corporate job, or the loss of roots and family and tradition...
After work, Lenore gets out of the house. Wandering flea markets, second hand stores, antique boutiques, and art fairs to get her head out-of-the-game. Trying to find something not banal, something old, something made to last. Something that has character and a story to it. Something that will make her feel like This Tuesday was a specific day. Something to actually remember other than another number in the sequence on a day planner.
