Dusting youma was getting easier. At least these low level ones. Kepler delivered one last kick to the dog-youma's side and watched as it poofed to moon dust and smiled a bit. No, youma didn't get her sympathy. When she was new, they might have, but Kepler knew the truth now.

Kepler was almost disenchanted with the whole war by now. It was never ending battles with these gross monsters, with Agents and senshi alike. Fighting was tedious and yet she wouldn't put down her henshin pen because she was doing some good in the world. Pushing her orange and red hair out of her face, the senshi of Words dusted off her skirt and took a deep breath before reaching out to feel other energy signatures.

There was one, not too far from her. It seemed like an Order energy, but it didn't feel like a senshi. It reminded her of Bemini, but it wasn't his. Another knight perhaps?

The white clad senshi stretched herself out one last time before she ran toward the signature, her hair somehow managing to stay in place thanks to the power of magic.

Baikal was in a similar sort of situation. He was watching the dust settle at his feet when he felt the approach of another aura. Order, but not like Babylon. More like Cygnus, so probably a senshi, or something new he hadn't met yet. With a curious hum, the page scuffed the toe of his boot through the youma dust turning to watch the skyline along the roof tops. It was coming from...

There.

Being able to jump up onto buildings was still, in his humble opinion, one of the best perks of this powered gig. He landed with a soft thump of boots just as she was reaching the building the senshi was headed towards.

A girl, older than his brother by quite a few years. She had sunset colored hair, and a white Fuku with...something black running across the majority of it. Smiling, the page lifted a hand in greeting.

Oh, thank God. It was a page. Kepler landed on the roof of the building as the man raised his hand and she gave a wide grin and raised her own, waving with her fingers. "Well you're a new one," she said, her skirts and ribbons to her bows settling down behind her.

"I'm Sailor Kepler." She stepped forward and held out her hand for the other, just looking him over. "I don't think I've met a knight with your colors or details..." Then again, she only knew Bimini of Cosmos. So... At least, by name. She could probably spot another Cosmos knight, though. "Having a tough night? The youma seem to be everywhere tonight."

She was a pretty thing with a sweet face and friendly demeanor, and it had the Page grinning easily back as he stepped forward and took her hand. A shake, gentle, that might have been held a moment past polite. "Kepler, a pleasure to meet you." The name was filed away with every other he'd heard since coming into his powers.

"I'm Baikal, page of Mercury." The smile changed, humble and self mocking as he gestured to the fur along his shoulders. "Apparently we all look like we've stepped straight out of the frozen north." It was great in the winter, but now, as the weather was warming...not so much.

Chuckling, he glanced back towards the stretched just come from. "Least they're smaller ones. Easier to beat." Unlike the beast he'd had to face with Babylon.

Baikal. She'd remember that. It was one of the shorter names she's had to memorize. "Mm, now I'm just picturing the movie Frozen and the kind of fashion that happened at the very beginning. ....I might have young sisters." Kepler quickly made sure to hide the fact that she absolutely loved that movie. She put her hands to her skirt again and just listened.

"Mm. I haven't come across anything bigger than a small one, thankfully. ..I mean, not counting Negaverse agents. I've seen the agents who look like they're youma.." But she'd never fought them, and she prayed she never did.

"Well, frozen north clothing looks very good on you."

Baikal hadn't seen Frozen, or at leas not in it's entirety, but he he'd managed to glean the plot from the bits and pieces he'd seen when it happened to be on at his parent's house, or anywhere else he'd been that happened to have it playing. Her comparison of that, to his clothing, had him smiling in amusement. "I'll have to take your word for it."

As for youma, well. "I haven't recently, but there have been a few nasty ones that'd I've had the misfortune of running into." They seemed to be attracted to him, considering how frequently he found himself being targeted. Most, as she said, were small and fairly easy to dispatch. Some were not.

The compliment had him grinning down at her. "Well thank you, that makes it a little easier to handle the warm weather in thick layers." Really, it wasn't as bad as it should have been. Baikal suspected it was the magic that let him power up, making it mostly bearable.

The senshi of Words just laughed a bit more as he said he'd take her word for it. So she just nodded a little more and continued to listen to him.

"Ugh. Youma, Negaverse, and Corrupt senshi..." She shivered. Kepler didn't like the faction as a whole. She was still very grey about the Dark Mirror senshi. From what she could figure out some were good and some were bad and it was very case by case.

"So what can you do? What are your abilities?" Kepler was fascinated by seeing how different Knights and Senshi were. It really wasn't every day she ran into a knight.

The easy smile began to fade as agents and corrupted senshi were lumped together with youma. He knew they were all touched by chaos, but his own experiences had painted a far more generous picture of the Negaverse as a whole. He even cared for the well being of a few, so he dropped her gaze, licking his lips in an awkward gesture, before forcing the corners of his mouth back into something pleasant.

He wasn't going to try to upsell Jet or Anphitrite, not to someone that clearly held dislike for the lot of them.

The change if topic towards his abilities was a welcome one, and he gave a nervous chuckle. "I can summon a snowball." He page snorted softly, and his features melted into sincere amusement again. "Pretty useless, for the most part, but most things will pause if they're hit in the face with something cold and wet." His powers provided a distraction, at best.

Kepler noticed she'd walked into some uncomfortable territory with her opinions on the Chaos side of this war. She hadn't met any good people that were Chaos aligned, so she was speaking from her own experience. Slowly the teen came to fold her arms over her stomach and she looked away from him with an apology.

"I'm sorry if... my opinions have upset you. I'll... hold my tongue."

Hell she felt like she'd ruined this meeting. Somehow, to Kepler, it was like she'd insulted his family. In her overactive worry she'd painted this whole picture how he was going to run off to his friends and tell them about the close minded senshi who only saw black and white. Of course she wouldn't speak any of this out loud.

"It provides a good distraction," she commented off-handedly. She meant the snowball. "Throw it at them and get to higher ground, or just... away from whoever it is.."

The apology was met with a wave of his hand, as if he would clear the air if the topic altogether. "It's okay." Everyone's perception was different, based on what they'd personally experienced or heard. Just because he hadn't had much trouble, that didn't mean others hadn't. There were dangerous sorts in the white moon, there had to be in the Negaverse as well. It was just logical.

"It does make a good distraction." Back on snowballs, and the smile was back. "But beyond that...". Baikal shrugged. "A little magic would be nice, or something that'd make a more effective weapon. At the moment I've got to rely on my fists, and that's a little harder when the youma are really big." He chuckled.

"You're a senshi, what's your magic like?"
