Stillwater was woven with a fatherly spirit. He cares deeply for his tribe and holds deep regard for them and the land they were blessed to keep. While he's ambitious, he's patient and more than willing to ensure that everything is done according to plan. He's a glutton for knowledge and would go to nearly any length to gain even a small grain of information for his archives.
He's small in stature, even for a water B'alam and even for a Magus. He's all legs, lean, and non-threatoning in every way. His eyes are gentle, his voice is soft, and his movements are as easy as a trickling stream. What he lacks in physical intimidation he makes up for in his wisdom and spirituality. He holds the Grand Weaver in high esteem and sees everyone and everything as another part of the grand design. Every thread, in his mind, is united to the next and the pattern of history could not progress with the threads divided.
Eventually, Stillwater seeks to build a grand library and a palace to defend the valuable information within it. He's already begun to build a relationship with the brave he appointed to begin a military to see that the tribe is safe and will be meeting with the other appointed high-ranking members of the pride to ensure that their own roles are moving along smoothly. Only when he's certain that the members of the tribe are comfortable and well-protected will he collect volunteers for the first river-walkers.
