General Guild Rules
1.) Obey Gaiaonline's Terms of Service.
Follow the Gaia terms of service please! This is my first attempt at a guild and I'd really like it to go smoothly, which won't happen if people break the rules. No advertising, no stupid links and nothing that breaks the rules of GaiaOnline. You have been warned.
2.) Respect yourself, others, and don't cause drama.
I know you've probably heard this before, but treat others as you want to be treated yourself. That does not mean that if someone bitches at you, you b***h back and start a fight. Anybody who shows constant signs of disrespect will get a warning, and after three warnings will be kicked out and their character deleted. I'm not being cruel, but a lot of guilds die because of lack of respect. Thanks.
**If there is an issue please PM a mod to handle the dispute instead of trying to deal with it yourself.
3.) Regarding discrimination:
This should be common knowledge, but anyone who discriminates will be kicked out without warning. This includes discrimination against age, race, gender, writing skills etc. Please don't give me a reason to kick you out, I'd rather everyone just got along.
4.) Listen and acknowledge the mods.
I've assigned the mods for a reason: They're good at what they do and I trust them to do it. If you argue with a mod, your argument is invalid as their word is law. This does not mean a mod can abuse their powers, and if you believe somebody is doing that, PM Heart Mishima with proof and I'll see what I can do about it.
4.) Regarding god-modding/meta-gaming/power-modding:
If I see any signs of god-modding, I'll personally kick your a** about it. God-modding includes constantly dodging, blocking every hit and somehow leveling yourself up to a character that is obviously stronger than you. Meta-gaming is when your character knows things they shouldn't, such as hidden locations, what has been said when they are not around and other character's abilities, with the exception to factions (unless stated otherwise). Finally, Power-modding is when you either have infinite energy or pull a move from out of nowhere without getting it approved. Do this and you'd better check your closets and under your bed, because I'll be coming for you.
5.) Regarding auto-hitting, puppeting and auto-killing:
Okay guys, you cannot auto-hit, auto-kill or control a person's character without first being given permission. If anyone does this, the attack's going to recoil and their character is going to end up injured/dead. You have your characters, they have theirs, I'd rather we stuck by this rule because it really kills the point in roleplaying if we can just say "I killed you in one hit with a giant hammer". By the way, this does not make you unhittable either, be fair in fights.
6.) Regarding number of RPCs:
Any person can have 2 major character and 4 minor ones. Until or unless we get more roleplayers, we decided it best that we increase the Character limit.
Note: These rules were originally created by the guild Captain Heart Mishima.
