Greetings and welcome to Yǒnghéng zhī huǒ, or in the common tongue, "The Eternal Flame". This ring of volcanoes cultivates the realm's most fertile soil, kindles the hottest of embers, and burns through the veins of those who are strong enough to endure the heat and hardships of our terrain.

The fertile volcanic soil provides thick, lush vegetation in a hot, humid, tropical environment. The boiling mountains themselves house some of the richest ore within the realm. Here, B'alam with iron in their veins and fire in their hearts gather. Here- the art of weapon and armor crafting was born. Those without the skill or desire in such arts live comfortable lives, bathing in the heat of the earth and sky.

◘◘◘ Safe Zone ◘◘◘
Highlighted in green, the safe zone represents the areas and territories where Fire tribe members may travel in comfort. As long as they remain in the safe zone, they need not worry about freezing or becoming ill because the weather suits their needs.


◘◘◘ Discomfort Zone ◘◘◘
Highlighted in blue, the discomfort zone represents the areas and territories where Fire tribe members may travel, but doing so will bring about some forms of discomfort due to the cooler temperatures. Those who travel in the discomfort zone will experience shivering, sluggish movements, slight confusion, and/or slight paleness.


◘◘◘ Danger Zone ◘◘◘
Highlighted in purple, the danger zone represents the areas and territories that Fire tribe members should stay away from. The temperatures in the danger zone are not safe for Fire tribe members to travel and extended stays in such areas can lead to death. Those who choose to travel the danger zone will experience more violent, uncontrollable shivering, muscle mis-coordination, heavy sluggish movements, stumbling, mild confusion, paleness, difficulty speaking, and possibly even death.

The Death Zones, highlighted in red, is as the name says, the death zones. Fire tribe members CANNOT survive in the death zone areas and territories under any circumstances. We repeat, THEY CANNOT SURVIVE IN THE DEATH ZONE. CANNOT.

▬▬▬ Fire Season ||

The Fire tribe comes together during the Níngshì Tàiyáng, or the gaze of the sun, in our calendar months of June and July. During this time, a great festival dominates the sunlight hours of the capital city accompanied by firework shows at night time.

During this time, the Fire tribe will be featured as a majority in freebies, raffles, auctions, and events. Customs geared towards the Fire tribe will take priority and the shop will host in-character role playing events that focus on the Fire Tribe.

Since now the tribe has gathered, this is also their chief breeding season. While tribe members can breed during any time of the year, this is the season where colorists will focus primarily on Fire tribe B'alam as they are assumed to be gathered at the capital and have a greater chance in reproducing in the safety of their entire tribe rather than out among the outer territories.

This is also the time of the year where Fire tribe magi are awakened. If you have collected enough RP's to have your B'alam awakened, this is the season where Fire tribe magus conversions take priority.

Finally, this is the season where the two overseeing magi are within the capital and will oversee colony hearings. During this time, magus are welcome to present their requests to create a colony within the jurisdiction of the Fire tribe's magi within the Fire tribe's territory. While applications are always open, most approvals will be given during this time to comply to In-Character events and time frames.
