I can't tell if anything has been updated or what position is available, can anyone help me? I don't want to waste my time making a skeleton when the position is already filled.

yes, my sincere apologies XD
It is my job, more or less, to keep things updated on the forums and main page... but it has been taxing lately, so I've fallen behind ^^;
Now, for Shinigami, Squad 5, 8, 12 and possibly 10 need captains
As far as lieutenants, I'd need to go digging.
For Arrancar, 7 and 8 are open. 4 might be open as well, if I do not hear from their player soon.
For Quincies, talk to me about spots, as there's less of a hierarchy for them
Visored are in the same boat, so talk to Sworday for them ^^
Once our Fullbringer Leader is approved, you can speak to their player about their hierarchy and ranks, but the 2nd in command is already being applied for, so... yeah XD

Hi Rei, I go by Aaron or Listless. Would it be possible for my RPC to be a former Kido Corps Commander, who stepped down to take over a Division? I tend to make RPCs that focus on those types of abilities.

Hmmm... I don't see why not. I mean, you should talk it over with Sarah, who currently has the Kido Corps Chief, and see if you can't work on a congruous timeline there XD

As I work on this profile, I was wondering if you were in need of another crew to assist with updating and maybe organization and/or making pages look more pretty, like the front page. I would be willing to volunteer. I sort of have a bit of OCD and when I see things which can be more efficiently done, I try to make them happen otherwise it affects my sanity.

I don't mind, really. But I do just have to say that I, in other guilds that I have owned, have had mods stab me in the back before, and do things that ruined other people's enjoyment of the guild by deleting things and such... so please, don't betray this trust ^^;
I swear, I don't mean that in any mean way... I just over explain things that should probably be taken as givens, in all honesty. So, I'll PM you about the people who's positions are in question, and after that, I'll leave you to it XD
