Garlic Naan! yum_burger yum_puddi
4 cups flour
1 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 package instant rise yeast

In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, yeast, olive oil and enough water to bind (add it slowly to be sure, but you can always add a bit more flour if it's too sticky).

Divide into 4 pieces, or 8 if you want smaller naans.

Dust a chopping board with flour and roll out flat into a naan shape (or the shape of your choosing!).
Cook on a hot cast iron skillet / frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side (I use a few squirts of 1 cal cooking spray and a frying pan).
Once cooked brush naan with a little melted butter if desired.
Repeat process with remaining naan mixture.

Crepes!
you will need:
Flour - 1 cup
Sugar - at least 1/4 cup (French Style), English style is 1/2 cup (You can increase cooking speed by adding more sugar but it gets difficult, because it is a rather fast process - I took a science cooking class and this is a thing I learnt)
Butter - 1 tbsp melted
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Salt - 1 pinch
Eggs - 3 beaten

Instructions:
Combine all things and beat until smooth. Optional: cover and let stand for 2 hrs (we don't do this in my fam tho and the crepes are fine). Pour a small amount into pan and cook (don't go above med heat, and low heat might result in under cooking). The crepes will get bubbly, when the bubbles pop and then stay popped then you flip the crepe. It shouldn't take more than 5 min a crepe. Supposedly this recipe yields 6 to 8 crepes, but we tend to double the recipe to have enough to feed everyone. Granted we really really like crepes so everyone has like 3, but still - things to consider.

Hope you enjoy heart

heart Funfetti Pancakes heart

You will need:

1 Cup of Funfetti Cake Mix
3/4 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons of Oil (your choice)
1 Egg
2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon of almond extract

Prep:

Set stove top to MEDIUM or griddle to 325F.
Mix ingredients in bowl until most of the powder mix is gone.
Chunks are good- do not mix until liquidy.
Let it sit for 3-5 minutes (your pan/griddle should be heated completely too).
Spray pan with grease or wipe with butter before each pancake is poured.
Pour until desired size is achieved.
Let it sit for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Cake batter will cook faster than regular pancake mix (don't ask me why).

Serve:

Serve alone, or with syrup! If you want it to be more desertesque, add whipped cream or my favorite, Nutella
