Senshi: Corrupt Sailor Cheshirecat, Senshi of Riddles

Challenge: Why is a raven like a writing desk?

Fuku Colour: Black White
Main Color: Teal
Secondary Color: Silver

Fuku:

Collar -- Plain collar, whatever she has to have x3 Solid color
Bow -- A little silver bow with long tails.
Bodice -- White dress with teal and silver tulle showing from the bottom and making the skirt flare out.
Sleeves -- Fluttery off the shoulder sleeves
Brooch -- Round
Bottoms -- Teal & silver striped stockings
Tiara -- N/A
Choker -- Teal choker, silver question mark hanging from it.
Shoes -- Knee length silver boots with teal laces
Gloves -- Teal & silver striped gloves that go halfway up her forearms. Has 2 holes: one for thumb and one for the rest of her fingers
Accessories -- Upside down question mark earrings, where the dot of the mark is a silver stud and the questions are free to dangle from her ears.

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Riddle Me This
Cheshirecat calls her attack and asks her target a short riddle. Upon hearing the riddle, the target is compelled to stop whatever they're doing as if they've been distracted or as if they're actually thinking about the answer. They are distracted for 20 seconds during which time Cheshirecat/ally(ies) can attack or flee. The attack's effects can be rendered null if they know the answer to the riddle and say it out loud. She can use this three times.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Riddle Me That
Similar to her first attack, Cheshirecat calls and then asks a short riddle which compels the target to stop where they are. The differences are this attack can affect up to three people for a total of 30 seconds. Again, the attack's effects can be rendered null if any of the targets know the answer to the riddle asked and say it out loud. She can use this twice.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Which Witch is Which?
Cheshirecat calls this attack and throws down one of those smoke/flash bombs some magicians use. When the smoke clears a few seconds later, two identical Cheshirecats are revealed. In unison, they speak: "One of us is real and one of us is not. The real one speaks the truth, the other only lies. You may ask one of us one question." And then they start moving. While the target tries to figure out which is which, they're moving around to confuse and distract (the decoy moves in a mirror of the real one). If the riddle is not figured out, the fake Cheshirecat will fade after 60 seconds. If the decoy is hit, it will fade in a small puff of smoke. She can use this once, and it takes a lot of energy. Once this is used she'll be weaker than normal so she prefers to use this when fighting in a group.

Hey Strawberri!

Livia looks great, but I have some crits on the powered side -- I think your times are a bit short for her basic and Super! I'd say you can have the distraction last for 20 seconds or until they figure out the riddle at Basic, and 30 seconds at Super.

However, her Eternal attack is more suitable for a Senshi of Puzzles - which would be a separate sphere from Riddles, sorry! It'll have to be something more connected to her sphere.

Times look good, but unfortunately brain teaser toys are still puzzles - riddles are specifically defined as questions or statements, so her attacks would have to stick to that in order to not risk overlap with a potential Senshi of Puzzles. Because there are so many Senshi, we sort of have to be strict when it comes to attacks!
