Noeven

They beleve themselves the superior race because of their phenomenal strength and demonic powers. Not all demons agree with this philosophy however, since most who do are of the Upper Class. There are only two classes in Noeven culture; the rich and the poor. Peasants who serve royal families earn a better living for their own families, so many of the Rich class have hundreds of servants waiting on them. They can be barbarians in battle and have no treaties with anyone.
The Demon lands, a land of hills and dark forests shrouded in mystery and storms. Led by the Lupe family for generations. It is led by the Arashi royal family; Emperor Ran, Empress Yuki, and their only son, Takashi. It homes the demons and other dark creatures, as well as the assassins of the world. It is a desert-like land home to many caves, large mountains, crashing rivers, and hidden oasis where many of the villages reside beside. Most of the cities are within the few forests surrounded by rivers and lakes dotted across the land. They are a people who are wary of most travellers, and tend to keep to themselves. The capital city is called Kerang and it is the crown jewel of the nation. It is one that is heavily influenced on our Asian culture in both clothing and architecture.
They are deemed as the most barbaric society, mainly because of their violence in battle and anger towards most other species. It is also because of their isolation from other lands and species. Regardless of the fact that the lower class would be welcome to change and new-found allies, their actions towards other nations in the past - namely Goleta and Fashrade - have made them outcast to the other nations and they have few to no allies on their side should a battle ensue.
They follow the same basic system of rank as the Elves, but with some difference. Their rank is as follows: Royal Family, Nobles, Soldiers, Middle Class, Lower Class. All the different classes wear the same kind of Middle Eastern clothing on a daily basis, with the African clothing being the clothes worn for hunting. Both males and females know how to hunt and fight in their harsh landscape, with the women commonly hunting for food and gathering fruits while the men protect the villages and country.

The flag of Noeven represents inner fire that burns within those who live there. The red and black colors were to represent different things that Noeven holds dear. The red half of the background represents their strong leadership and power in battle, the black half represents the mysterious nature of its citizens. The red wheel-like design in the middle represents that they steer their own way through life.
