Fashrade

It is ruled by a King and Queen, protected by Knights and a Royal Army, and consists of very strict classes; rich, middle-class, and poor. It is the largest kingdom with the largest army, although many claim the Goleta army is by far stronger. Fashrade has an alliance with Goleta, since the demons of Noeven hate both species. covered in castles and rivers. The capital kingdom, Maeven is led by the Constantinople royal family. King Jethro sits in the throne as the absolute ruler, his wife Karoline always at his side to offer her peaceful ways of thinking. They have two children, Princes Cade and Hector both under the age of 12. As per human nature, they can sometimes act without thinking and their rash actions can have dire consequences. One such result is their falling out with the demons of Noeven.

It is a land mostly consisting of plains, hills, and few mountains to the far north. There are dense forested areas across the landscape, many large lakes, and quite a few caves. Most of the villages reside along the rivers, surrounded by stone walls to protect them from any kinds of trouble. They tend accept any who journey to their land, that is except for demons. The only demons they allow in are traders and merchants who are under strict rules and supervision as to not cause harm to the humans in Fashrade and those who travel within the lands. The humans have a Royal Family, Middle Class, and Peasant class. Although they have no law saying certain classes can't marry, most often the Peasant class marries within itself. Most of those in the Peasant class are soldiers, farmers, blacksmiths, chefs, and artisans.

Their main export is weaponry and their main import is foods from the other lands, including the lush and fertile Elven lands, Goleta. The clothing is like that of the Victorian era. The higher the class, the more elaborate the fabric and the more vibrant the colors. Those of a lower class would have very muted colors and not much in terms of a variety of fabrics to choose from making their clothing rather uncomfortable to wear.

Fashrade has an alliance with Goleta, tying the humans and the Elves together. They often train their armies in the same way so that they can work seamlessly in battle. They are courteous to their friends and allies and barbaric to their enemies. They often remain in their elborate stone castles or working in their fields when in times of peace.

The flag of Fashrade represents their bravery in battle & the overall strength of their knights. The blue colors were to represent different things that Fashrade holds dear. The dark blue background represents the stability of the nation, the medium blue cross represents the bravery of the soldiers, and the twin swords in light blue represents the understanding that war is not always the solution.

Maeven

This is the capital kingdom of Fashrade, surrounded by stone walls designed to keep out any who attempt to cause the kingdom harm. There are sections of the kingdom dedicated to the three classes Fashrade is divided into. Nearest to the walls is the poor class, most of whom work as artisans and musicians to earn a living. Closer to the palace itself is the marketplace run by the middle class among other businesses which they run. Right near the palace is the upper class, in their elaborate mansion homes and small household staff. The palace of Fashrade is grand in scale and designed to be seen from a distance, although it is guarded by soldiers and magic.

The capital is home to few magicians, as many often stay in their own Land of Magic; Erelandra. The magicians who do live here are regarded as middle class or sometimes upper class and live in small temples within the kingdom. There is a grand Training Arena used by the Army of Fashrade and has housing attached for all soldiers to live in. The Arena is located near, but not right beside, the royal palace.

The clothing of Fashrade is closest to medieval clothing, with styles closest to that worn by those in the Society of Creative Anachronism (SCA).

Fashrade Religion

The religion of Fashrade is one that pays homage to three Gods;
Verleden the God of the Past, Aanwezig the Goddess of the Present, and Toekomst the God of the Future. They are sibling gods and live in different parts of Istrea. Verleden lives at the bottom of rivers knowing only what has passed. Aanwezig lives in the mountain peaks looking over the people and knowing only what is and not what has been or will be. Toekomst lives in the clouds looking down on all and knowing what is to come. This religion also claims that there are ways the Gods communicate to their people. Verleden sends messages through vast changes in the tide of the rivers. Aanwezig sends messages through her owl messangers to which only gifted ears can hear. Toekomst sends messages through cloud shapes and even storms and other such weather phenomenon.

It is important to note that not all in Fashrade are religious and follow the Fashrade Faith. Some are athiest and others, mostly those whom come from other lands, will follow their own religions. Unlike Noeven, many nations, Fashrade included, do not impose their religion on others to follow.
