To keep things simple, this forum where your profiles will go. Create your own thread and post your profile using the skeleton provided below with the name of your character in the title. One of the crew will then go and check it when they have time.
Then, one of two things will happen. If you are approved, the crew member will edit the name of your thread to add (Approved) beside the character's name. Congratulations, you may now use your new character in any of the main roleplaying threads for Fashrade Knights!
If you are not approved, (Needs Review) will be put beside your character. The crew member that does this will then send you a message telling you what needs to be fixed. When you make the adjustments, remove the (Needs Review) from your profile. A crew member will then recheck your profile.
Here is where I might not be the most popular guy in the world, but this is very important. If you mark (Approved) on your own profile, you will be booted out of this guild. I am not kidding, I will NOT give any warning when this happens. You may reapply, but if it happens a second time...you will be banned indefinitely. THIS APPLIES TO MEMBERS, CREW, AND VICE CAPTAINS simply because I can't enforce this on the Captain. But I know she's on board with me so no worries there.
If you have waited more than TWO days to have your character checked, PM me and I will look over it as soon as I am able.
THE PART BELOW IS FOR THE CREW!
When you check a profile, make sure to post in the same thread with what actions you took. For example, an approved profile by me would have a post that said "Approved by Mephis Inferni on 5/23/16". If denied, "Denied by Mephis Inferni on 5/23/16". This is so that we can keep up with who does what and when. Thank you.

Please note that if there are errors in your profile, which have been pointed out by members of the crew, that have not been corrected within three (3) days, the profile in question will be deleted. Profiles will also be deleted from the main thread if there has been no editing for a period of 1 week. If you are making a character and are travelling or know you will be offline, please leave a note or message myself so your character is not removed.
It is important to try and keep the character as close as you can to what is relevant to the story. There is a lot of information at your fingertips when making characters, ranging from a vast amount of details on each nation (with information on the land in general, it's capital kingdom, clothing, flag, religion, and a specific temple for that region) available in the Lands of Istrea section. There is also information on specific organizations, ranging from the Fashrade Army to the Rangers of Goleta to the Assassins Guild of Noeven to the Band of Gypsies. If there is information you cannot find, feel free to let myself or the crew know and we can assist you in finding that information.
Mistakes are made and edits are simple. Please just keep in mind the plot of the story and try and keep as close to it as possible. Whether or not English is your first language or the measure of your literacy skills, we want to welcome everyone we can. emotion_awesome
