It's for Gaia's new avi builder so people can make avis for you. The numbers are taken from your profile link. Honestly I haven't used it yet. xD That's the basic idea.

I bought a bunch of stupid new stuff and I don't know how to put it all together into an amazing outfit. I am obsessed with the new legs but I have a hard time matching the right legs to desired outfits xD
I bought this rainbow dress and candy shop background I'm dying to use, but I am not doing anything great with it atm. o.o

I can't figure out how to make the right avatar for myself (it won't let me change skin or hair color) so I would love it if someone could. I'm tired of being a mouse or whatever that is lol. 3nodding

Hair is either also in an item or bought at the salon. Did you need more paw items. I have a few I've got from rigs I usually donate them to random people. So I'd be fine giving them to you. You would just need your trading pass. :3
