Her new attire made it hard to jump from building to building, and she wasn't agile as Laby quite yet but she didn't mind the night time. Her colors, contrasting her now long locks were dark and blending with the night.

She thought it was fitting of her sphere. Stardust. The crumbling of stars. she held up her hand and let it drop.

At first she didn't understand the urge to move towards a sort of calling, but she did. It was a aura, like Laby explained. It was something she knew was part of the chaos she shared.

Her steps fell against the concrete as she headed towards it, until she was met with pink and tall dark skin. It was easy enough for her to stop and stare, as it was her first other corrupt to meet outside of the pack.

Haumea had been tempted for a moment to follow the trace of aura he'd felt to it's source. Knew, in fact, that he should. However, the aura's owner had quite taken matters from his hands and appeared to be approaching him. Which suited the tall corrupt. He wanted to consider his place in the world and quietly bask in his own fervent worship of Metallia. Not play meet and greet the greenies.

And speaking of...

Turning his head gracefully, Haumea watched the dark clad girl approach and smiled. She was one of theirs, the marks upon forehead and chest proved as much. Therefore, she was automatically worthwhile. He even allowed himself a rusty chuckle as he caught her staring.

"Well then, come and be polite, pretty one," he said, thinking that pretty as she was, Ate, Alkaid and Eris were all three far prettier. At least in his rather biased eyes. "What's your name and how long have you been one of us? Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you."

It was easy to confirm that he was in fact similar to her, as the man bore the same cracks in his chest and forehead that she did. Something she thought was damaged within herself, seemed more common then the girl thought.

His words were a bit like honey, and perhaps it was because they were similar that she drew even closer.

"Compliments are usually reserved for those who mean it." She crossed her arms, tilting her head. "I'm not afraid of pain, of being hurt." There was a flash of something before it disappeared under her stoic face.

"I am Adamantine, Awakened under my general Labyrinthite." She clicked a heel, "And not very long, I am still getting use to this...." She pursued her lips, "Style of life." She waited.

"And you? You are far stronger then myself, how long have you done this?"

Taking note of the girl's stoic bearing, Haumea nodded slowly. Still, his smile was genuine enough, though he allowed a hint of chastisement to show through.

"What you call compliments, I call merely stating the truth. Kindly do me the favor of never mistaking the two in my presence again. I am no fawning toady."

Then, lecture delivered, he was all smiles and puppy-like friendliness again. Moving forward, he circled Adamantine slowly, studying her carefully.

"Never encountered your general, but it sounds like they suit you. As for getting used to this, well, that takes time for everyone. Just bear it as best you can and it will all click into place soon enough."

There had been true sympathy i his voice as he spoke. He could still remember how confused and unsure he had been when he'd been saved, after all. Giving her shoulder a friendly pat, he turned his attention to her questions. Pursing his mouth slightly, he seemed to be mentally counting.

"Hrmm, I've been with the Negaverse for a few years now. They saved me from the White Moon and I strive daily to prove my gratitude and devotion and someday I will atone for the sins of my past."

"Duly noted." She tilted her head, "and I suppose a apology and a thank you are in order." Fawning only reminded her of Fritz and while she did like the man, it had taken some time to get use to. She was more pleased that the blunt honesty suited her more then the any fake compliments.

"My general." She actually softened, if that was possible, "Is the greatest. He is mine, and I am his." and that's all there was to it really.

She tilted her head, and felt well...something from him. A bit of sympathy? She wondered if all corrupts had that sort of feel.

"Were you part of the white moon before you were saved?" She hesitated, "I was woken into chaos, and it is all I have known."

Nodding again, this time in clear approval, Haumea circled her again, this time moving slowly and taking in every possible detail. That she was so close to her General was a good thing to his mind. Such devotion in Metallia's ranks was to be commended.

"I've no experience with Generals myself, but I suspect that many feel as you do about their own. Good officers inspire loyalty."

He noted the slight hesitation as she questioned him and took it in stride. He outranked her, after all and it was natural to speak carefully to those of higher status.

"I was, though I remember nothing of my time with them, thankfully. I've since been debating which of our two situations is the better. I suppose there are points to each, eh?"

Adamantine would've felt weird, but she was sure the corrupt was just testing her coolness. Her....acceptance of his behavior. Honestly it didn't bother her, but she felt like one wolf being circled by a coyote.

"He is a wonderful general." She added, because well..Laby was the best no matter what. "I don't wish to inspire." She just wished to do her general well.

"I see. I wouldn't know." She pursued her lips, "You are the first corrupt senshi I have met. Thus also, the first corrupt senshi that was not....directly corrupted here." She waited, "And stronger then me." She stopped.

A look of frank amusement flickered across Haumea's face at Adamantine's words. Still, there was no point in arguing. Whether she wished it or not, as she improved and climbed the ranks, she would inspire those beneath her. It was simply how these things worked.

Ah, but that pause was interesting. He couldn't imagine how she could have gone so long without meeting other corrupts, but if she said he was the first she'd met, he would take her at her word. But that pause...

"And why," he asked in a deceptively soft voice, "should it matter that I am stronger than you? You've already told me you're not afraid of me. Surely, you didn't think you were the only one and thus untouchable in terms of power?"

If that was the case, he'd have to contrive to introduce her and perhaps her general to Alkaid. Fostering such ignorance was a good way to ruin an officer. Or worse, get them killed for no reason.
