Polar trotted through the grass, with a high bound in his step. The fresh morning breeze pushing back against him as he moved across the wide open plain. Each soquili he passed by in the area, he boomed a greeting to. "Good morning!" he said to one. "Have a great day!" he called out to another. Today he was heading to see a girl he had met not too long ago, and it had him in the best of moods. Things had been going so well between them. You could say the two were a couple now! After spending much of his time getting to know her, he had returned to his family for a week, to spend some time with them. That week had been the longest week of his life! Every time he had a free moment to himself, he kept thinking about Chastity. He realized, it hurt to be apart from her. The separation had showed him that it was more than just a short hookup. He loved her. Today, he intended on telling her as much.

Yes! I love Chastity! as he thought about it, his trot broke into a canter. He just couldn't wait to see her again! "Rawwwwr!!" he roared and then decided to run even faster. Dirt kicked up bellow his hooves, as he pushed against the ground into a hard gallop across the field. His nostrils flared, and his head bobbed as he pounded out a four-beat rhythm on the ground. His heart pounded out it's on rhythm, from both excitement, and the burst of energy. Soquili looked at him as he ran past. One colt reared up at him as he ran by, and gave a little whinny.

But wait...you don't want to be sweaty! and with that, he halted his gallop, and stopped a moment to take his breath. Too much excitement! He caught his breath, and began to walk instead. Body odor would not be cool the first time he professes his love to his marefriend.

Heading towards the place where he knew Chastity and Radiance liked to get together for mother daughter time, he couldn't stop thinking about their relationship. The more he thought about it, the more he realized it was more than love. Things felt right with Chastity. This could be his chance to have a best friend to spend the rest of his life with. Bonus! Not only would he get a super awesome beautiful mare as a mate, but he would gain a wonderful daughter too. Radiance would have his support, in any way he could give it.

A week ago, he told her he would return, and now he had. Entering the area near where they had their first date, he scanned the area for her. Other families were huddled together, enjoying the nice weather. He called out to Chastity, not seeing her right away. "Chastity!" A few soq looked at him, wondering what he was doing.

The sound of his mares voice, was like a gentle breeze. A most pleasant melody, that sung to his heart like no other. How delightful it was to hear her voice again! His eyes fell on her quickly, following the sound of her call to him. Wow! She was more beautiful each time he saw her! What a lucky stallion he was.

Polar bounds with his front legs, and tosses his head up and down at the sight of Chastity. The short hair of his mane, tossing around with the motion. Letting out a whinny of happiness as he prances over to Chastity. "Chastity! Oh Chastity.." he calls to her with a huge smile. Something else seemed different about her. Almost awkward, as if something might be making her uncomfortable. Polar did hope he hadn't been gone long enough for her to change her heart about him. If it had, he would understand, even if he was disappointed. The thought made his heart skip a beat, and a lump to rise up in his throat. He shook it away, and embraced her warmly. With his head on one side, and a raised knee on the other side, he hugged her neck. The sensation of her against his coat, sending fuzzies through his body. Chastity warms his blood, making him feel more confident in his resolve to profess his love to her.

"Are you well? I missed you SO much!" said Polar, as he released his embrace with Chastity, and nuzzled her cheek. Giving her a gentle kiss between her eyes, then stepping away. No need to smother her! No matter how much he wanted to love all over her. They were in public after all. Sometimes that type of stuff made others uncomfortable. Or it could make her uncomfortable. Polar didn't want either of those to happen. Always so polite and thoughtful of others feelings.

The rotund tummy? Polar definitely did not notice! Even if she had put on weight, he was innocent enough to not put two and two together right away. His mother had taught him not to discuss a mares weight, or comment on soquili belly size. Unless they spoke of it first. It is a easily offensive topic. Even so, Polar didn't judge soq by their size. He was rather large himself. Not fat, but muscular. A body is a body, and is long as it worked as intended, that's all that mattered! Especially considering he had a brother that was blind. As long as his brother was healthy, life went on.

For now, his eyes were on her face. Full focus and attention, belonged to Chastity. In the back of his mind, he wanted to burst out his feelings! Patiently though, he waited for the right moment.

Polar followed in beside her, looking at her, instead of where he was going most of the way. Alone time was very welcomed. Spending more time with her was all he wanted!

As they got to a more secluded area, Polar couldn't help but notice Chastity seamed a little nervous. Even then, she was absolutely radiant and beautiful! Could something be troubling her though? Whatever it was, he hoped he could support her and help her work through it! Having not ever experienced heartbreak, he didn't assume the worst. She could easily have been breaking up with him, and he would of been none the wiser.

"My sweet Chas, what's on your mind?" he smiled softly, concerned with her emotions, but still ever so pleased to be here with her.
