1 - The Visored Outcast Collective does not prohibit our members from allying with any organization or engaging in conflict with another organization or faction on a personal level. Our goal is mutual assistance for those who have nobody else. That said, any attempt to unilaterally involve the Collective as a whole in the conflicts of other organizations is strictly prohibited. If the Collective should see it necessary to act as a whole, then it shall ONLY be for the purposes of the preservation of the collective as a whole, the protection of our members, or the protection of the Visored as a whole. Breaking this rule is grounds for immediate expulsion from the Collective.

2 - The Collective does not discriminate based on the past of a Visored, assistance and training to control one's inner hollow is provided to ALL regardless of their history. If a member should find themselves unwilling or unable to perform this service, then another member should be contacted to do so instead. We all struggled with this problem once, no Visored should do so alone. This is the most important duty of the Collective, do not neglect it.

3 - The Collective exists not just to assist Visored, but also to grant us some measure of protection against forces that mean to exploit us. When called upon, any member is obligated to, when the Collective deems it both necessary and prudent, assist in the protection, rescue, and/or escort of a fellow member. Should other obligations make this impossible, then the Collective asks for non-interference. Inability to comply with this is grounds for expulsion from the collective.
