The Vocational Opportunity Center for Teens and Kids, better known by the abbreviation VOC by most inhabitants and the Visored Outcast Collective by a few others, is a place for people from kindergarten age to highschool to learn and have fun. Here, a kid can learn how to garden and take care of plants in the greenhouses, join book clubs and peruse the Center's library, learn how to play an instrument, practice aerobics and martial arts in the gym, or even sign up for a practical class about anything from dissections and chemistry to welding and home improvement. For those who just want a place to hang out, there's a games room with television sets, pool tables, board games, and private rooms that can be checked out and used for role-playing games.

Below ground however, in parts of the building physically reinforced from the rooms above, are the meeting rooms of the Visored Outcast Collective. Accessing this area requires a reishi signature scan to recognize you as a member or for you to be accompanied by a member. In this underground section, a VOC member can find the training ground, the isolation chamber for Hollow Mask Training, Faun's Office, Faun's Forge, and a garganta generator that allows members to go anywhere in the realms that they want and know about.
