She would relax her mind while she stretched, that way she wouldn't waste time doing on and then the other. Eleina decided that was the path to her success, she just had to do those two things together and then she would be able to dance perfectly. Well maybe not perfectly but at least better then she had been doing the last few days when she tried.
After her stretching was done Eleina felt ready and confident, and when she started to move it showed. The grace that she thought she had lost was back, flowing through her like she had never stopped dancing in the first place. Happily Eleina went through a few of the basic moves that she remembered, making sure not to push her body too far just yet. She didn't want to push her body so hard that she hurt herself. She needed to use baby steps, even if she thought she could do some of the things she saw her friends do the other day she had to realized that she couldn't. Not yet at least.
After she danced for a while Eleina paused, putting her hands on her knees as she took deep breaths. It was a good work out, dancing, she forgot just how good of one it was. Maybe she would find a way to work it into her training routine. She didn't train with movement often, as a spell caster it wasn't as important as someone with a sword, but maybe she should devote some more time to movement by dancing for at least thirty minutes a day, plus the thirty minutes of stretching. It would make her limber, and most likely quicker as well.
As soon as she caught her breath Eleina rushed into the house to find her mother. She wanted to show her that she still had it. She could still dance.word count: 314 / 300
