After her first encounter with a Perzi she set out looking for another one that she could potentially tame. Of course that meant she’d have to be ready. And when she saw the glint off the crystals from the corner of her eyes she tucked and rolled. Sand clung to her skin as she got back to her feet and turned to look at the beast with a grin. It seemed like this was her lucky day since this was exactly what she had been searching for.

The angry feline leapt at her and she moved to the side, this time rather than swatting at the beast she gave it a good jab to the side. V’demhe made sure to hold her hits so that no long lasting damage was actually done but she put in enough force to knock the creature out of the air. When it landed, on it’s paws of course, she came at it to take it by surprise. Wasting no time the Alkidike woman brought her fist down to hit the beast on the snout. A sure fire way to make it dazed. At least that was what she hoped to accomplish.

With the perzi backing away from her she advanced and soon caught the animal in a choke hold. The crystals on it’s back digging into her skin and making her cringe didn’t deter her from her task. She wanted one of these colorful kittens and she would have one. Some way; some how.

Unfortunately for her the beast in question took to flailing limbs and trying to snap it’s jaws at her. V’demhe could barely keep a good hold on it since those crystals were breaking through her skin and drawing blood. With a hiss she tried to reposition her arm in a way that would allow her to keep the animal steady while she shimmied her way over to her things and the lead line that she had brought along with her.

It wasn’t meant to be. The perzi managed to twist it’s body around in such a way that it sank it’s teeth into her arm. Dem gave a shout and instantly released the creature. Or more accurately she tossed it to the side, ripping it’s canines from her flesh as she did so. With a curse sent to the sky she got up and tried to grab it once more before it could take off but was just shy of getting a hold on it.

With a deep breath she watched the kitty flee into the distance. The woman was none too happy to have lost out on a perzi for a second time. She was determined to catch one and keep it.
