Hobbies: Guitar -- When Noah turned five years old, his Papou handed him a little home-made guitar and taught him how to pluck the strings. His lessons started there, and continued until his fifteenth winter -- the year that his Papou passed away. Noah still plays, and he has since graduated from an acoustic guitar to both bass and electric, but it is a private affair for him. He does not dream of rock concerts or groupies. He plays from the heart, for himself.
Fishing -- Noah's grandfather was a fisherman. Noah's grandfather's grandfather was a fisherman. Theirs is a long and noble legacy. Noah reeled in his first guppy when he was six on a Spiderman fishing pole, from the deck of his Papou's boat. Like the guitar, this is a hobby that they kept up together. Since his grandfather's death, the practice has become bittersweet for Noah-- but it still feels like going home, every time.
