Classes, Adrien determined, were delightful places to make new acquaintances while simultaneously proving to all of his classmates that he knew exactly what he was doing and was not simply some fop who merely looked good (though he knew he did).
Which was what he was thinking as he walked home late one evening from a night class, the cold spring air bringing with it a tinge of rain scented wind. It had yet to get to the warmer weather - which Adrien appreciated, on multiple levels, because besides the fact that hot weather was the bane of a perfectly good existence, humidity did terrible things to one's hair.
He tugged his sweater a little more securely around himself, lifted his chin, and continued on his way. There was an alleyway to Adrien's left; he considered taking it as a shortcut to his apartment, but the alley was rank and dark, and the last thing Adrien wanted was to wind up somewhere smelly and grotesque.
"Five more minutes," he murmured to himself, brushing stray strands of hair from his eyes. A sudden gust of wind whistled past him, ruffling his carefully selected attire. "Then you can be home, be safe, and watch that new season of Kimmy Schmidt you've been dying to see."

This was not, admittedly, his usual type. He'd been absently eyeing the other ever since he'd started strolling, intrigued by his stylish sort of dress. What was it with stupid kids and alleyways, though? Didn't they ever watch movies? The general prowled leisurely through the shadows, keeping a close eye on the young man.
He hadn't watched television for... what. Months? Maybe close to a year or more? So he had no remote idea what the hell Kimmy Schmidt was besides some really shitty sounding sitcom.
In truth, he wasn't one to corrupt people all willy-nilly. Those he corrupted had potential of sorts--and he intended to use them as tools to chisel out his ideal version of what the Negaverse stood for. So, what better way to assess a potential candidate than engage them in friendly conversation?
"Sweaters? Really. I dunno, don't you think that's a little cliche for a guy of your obvious taste?" His grin was white and broad, but it didn't seem to reach his eyes.

The voice from behind him made him jump, and it was perhaps a good thing he'd stuffed all of his textbooks into an already overloaded bag. It meant they didn't go spilling all over the ground as he whipped around, eyes wide, Adrien's heart pounding in his chest.
He stared for a long moment, mouth agape in what was probably a relatively unattractive fashion before he had the presence of mind to snap his jaw shut again. Adrien let his gaze sweep over the sharp toothed grin, the dark eyes, the rakish red hair.
"You," he blurted out, before his head had caught up with what he was actually saying, "are hot as hell, holy s**t."
Though his cheeks flushed a little at the bluntness, he seemed not to be ashamed at his own boldness, Adrien's eyes lighting up with pure, unabashed interest. He shifted his feet, one hand resting casually on the strap of his bag.
"And it's cold," he added, with a wide smile. "Sweaters are comfortable."

If the man was surprised, he didn't show it, but his eyes did crinkle with mirth when he grinned this time. "Yeah?" He said idly, mentally racking up the man's worth a few more notches. "Make that exceptional taste." He rolled his shoulders in a shrug at the mention of sweaters, still not looking convinced.
"Maaaaaybe." He conceded, tapping a finger against his chin. "But seriously, haven't you heard the news? Why are you wandering in shady-a** alleys when there are those senshi around causing all sorts of havoc?"
Color him curious... besides, the man's reaction to senshi would tell him a lot all by itself.

His smile widened.
"I like to think so," came the all but purred answer. Inside of Adrien's head, a myriad of scenarios was unfolding, only half of which were actually viable. He felt a sweep of satisfaction at the briefly approving look in the man's eyes, a sense of pleasure that he'd managed to say something right. This man, for whatever reason, gave the impression not just of sheer attraction, but of strength; and Adrien had a nagging desire to please.
And to find out more.
"I was taking a shortcut home," he said, with a glance at the alley, before he turned back to the redheaded man. Pale brows drew together as Adrien's head cocked to one side. "Wait, senshi? Are they the terrorists that everyone's talking about, the ones who go around spouting nonsense about protecting things or whatever?"

The general hummed in agreement for the description, absently taking note of their surroundings. No one else was nearby, so it was doubtful they'd be interrupted. "The one and the same. But whatever, right? Let's talk about you." That grin returned, and he stepped a little closer to Adrien's side, as though to walk with the man. "What are your ambitions? Surely a guy like you.... you plan on doing something great, right? You aren't going to die a nobody..."
He lifted a brow, as though checking to make sure he was right with this line of thinking before continuing. "See, I don't get interested in many people. Too messy. Too much of a waste of time. But you..."
That grin widened a fraction, and his shoulder brushed against the young man's. "....you're something special, I think. Is that too lame?"

Adrien felt a little flutter in his stomach as the man stepped closer, and the attempt to quell his pulse was halfhearted. He tried to maintain a certain sense of calm - it wouldn't do good to act ridiculous right now, something told him - but it was a little difficult when there was such a man beside him.
Focus.
"What about me?" Adrien asked demurely, lashes fluttering, but inwardly he was pleased at the attention. "A nobody? Heavens, no, I'm not going to just wither away of nothing. I plan on being impressive, you know; people will know my name."
He smiled, feeling the frisson of friction against his shoulder, the sweep of mingled surprise and pleasure. Adrien's mouth opened and then shut again, his cheeks warming with satisfaction.
"It's not lame," he said, because it felt anything but lame at the moment. "It's...just right."
His smile turned playful, quirking up at the edges. "What kind of special do you mean? I'm Adrien, by the way."

"How am I supposed to describe something like that?" The redhead laughed, seeing if he couldn't draw the man even farther into the alleyway. "You ever look at someone and just... know? Know that they're gonna be something great..."
He looked contemplative for a moment, his tongue briefly touching his lips. "Adrien. Cool. Hey, but I have an idea... I can't really describe it, but what if I show you?"
His eyes were half-lidded, a devious grin curling at the corners of his lips even as he stepped back even further into the alley. "What do you say? Do you trust me?"

The flattery was entirely right, eased into Adrien's mind with the perfect amount of charisma and confidence. His gaze dropped instinctively to the man's mouth, then back up again, pulse quickening as he caught the grin that was curving lips up.
"I'm all for new experiences," Adrien purred, sliding closer after him, swaying his hips a little. "And what's life without a little risk, right?"
If he were in the right mindset, he might have been a little more cautious; but Adrien had never been particularly hesitant when it came to people, and especially when it came to extremely attractive people like the redhead now in front of him.
One day he would maybe learn his lesson, but today was not that day.
"Is it going to be good, then?" Adrien said, sashaying further into the alleyway. "I'm sure anything you do is good, though."tsunake I laughed way harder than I should have at the last line of your post just fyi

Ohh, buddy, you didn't even know the half of it. Obsidian chuckled to himself as he slid after the other, not minding the view of those hips as the man sauntered farther into the alley. "People who aren't willing to risk a little don't turn out on top." He agreed, and he pressed himself into Adrien's space with bold, confident steps.
An arm wrapped around the man's waist to support him while his palm pressed against his belly, sliding its way up with unhurried slowness. "Oh, it's gonna be good. Maybe not in the way you'd expect. Hell, maybe it's just gonna be good for me." His eyes flashed even as he ducked his head in, as though to seize a kiss. Instead, his palm pressed right through the man's chest, reaching deep inside until his gloved fingers could brush against the starseed hidden there.
How many times had he plucked these from people to devour them? Feeling the gem crack between his teeth, the jolt of energy zapping through his tongue and revitalizing his very being? He had to admit, the temptation was still there... it would be just too easy.
Steeling himself with a regretful sigh, Obsidian focused on corrupting the seed instead, instilling it with pure Chaos that would make dear Adrien into something much better than what he was...
...of course, that sort of thing came at a price. And that price was pain.

Adrien twisted around in the safety of the shadows, a playful smile on his lips as he purred, "And I bet you like coming out on top, don't you?"
His breath escaped him in quicker sounds as he was pulled forward, the man pressed up against him. The arm around his waist felt secure and strong, and the hand that was on his stomach was making his insides flutter with anticipation, a heady rush of pleasure racing through Adrien.
But his brows drew together in momentary confusion, and he half started to say "What do you m - " but the question was never finished.
Instead, an agonizing, all encompassing pain burst through Adrien, white hot and powerful. The hand that had been so tantalizingly shifting up his chest was now sunk deep into it, and something was pulsing through him, his entire body shaking.
He let out a half-choked sound that might have been a partial scream, or it might have been a sob, lost in the sensation of whatever was being done to him. Adrien's eyes were wide and terrified, and he was aware of something inside of him changing, of something shifting, and he couldn't tell what was happening or where he was anymore -
The black flooded his clothes, took over his chest, traveled down his arms and legs until he was entirely covered in it, except for his head, until the uniform had burst into being across his body.
