Physical Activities - Despite looking like a really skinny muscle-less guy (which he was,) he is an avid swimmer, hiker and work out kind of guy. Having previously been bullied for those qualities above, he hides a well fit body under his skinny clothes, despite being a bit self conscious about it.
Collecting Silver Accessories/Lock Wall - He has rings, locks, key rings, key necklaces.. Did he mention he also has a collection of locks on his wall, frequently changing the organization from manufacturing date, to place of manufacture and other factors. Despite not having the key to every lock (hey, some are vintage!) he has a wide array of knowledge to unlock most of them through his amazon-purchased lock picking set.
Virtues:
Love yourself, for who else will? - He has high specs, half decent looks, realistic point of view, he likes all of himself, despite any flaws he has. He doesn't force himself to be anything that he doesn't want to be, therefore, he is perfectly happy as the person he is. Sure, he's got his own flaws but what's there not to like? In that sense, he encourages everyone to be themselves.
Honesty's the best policy - It's better for people to dislike you for what you are, than to be loved for what you are not. So every action he takes is impulsively honest and straight-forward. He isn't afraid of the impression he leaves behind since he's simply being himself. The worst you could be, is to regret not being yourself.
Observant - He likes to figure out how things work and what are the possible ways to fix or deal with it. That includes people, he is often in the habit of poking, prodding, or simply observing to find out what makes them tick with the tock. What he observes, he accepts it, despite questioning motives behind their actions. Details rarely escape him, often writing notes down in his phone or notebook. Mundane details rarely escape his notice, as he chooses to "pretend he didn't notice," by not drawing attention to it, but he definitely noticed.
Flaws:
Hates to stand out - You want him to take charge of what? No. Firo doesn't like being in the spotlight, part of it linked to his ostracized history in school. He goes out of his way and avoids anything linked to the concept of a main role. He prefers his own pace, taking care not to move up the ranks not too quickly, and hang back to let others take the credit and the heat.
Hits sore points - When fed up, frustrated, or simply being petty, he can be downright blunt, if not a nasty type to deal with. Hand-in-hand with his observant and straightforward nature, he doesn't hesitate to call you out or provoke you with sensitive topics easily. He isn't above using what he knows to call you out and raise his pedestal.
Directs events for own amusement - Despite strictly labeling himself as an observer and keeping to the sidelines, Firo isn't against manipulating events for his own vengeful amusement. He doesnt think of himself as good or evil, just acknowledging he is on the broad line that isn't in the right. So you'll often find him purposely not speaking up or standing back. No he isn't going to help or call a teacher, because that's his bully in high school that is in trouble, no skin off his back. Niceness is not in his resume, thank you.
