Can there be an update on both sides of trades that have a number indicator of how many items are in the trade from each side?
For example, I sell someone 30 winters trunks, it'll say 30 on the right side ( my side ) and zero on the left side ( their side ) because they put in gold and not items but it will be easier to verify that I did in fact put 30 items in the trade.

In general you should avoid threatening to report people as it doesn't help your situation and in certain situations, can be considered abusive. You can tell them that you'll ignore them though.

However it was also frustrating & it felt like a lot of us were being made fun of because we couldn't solve the codes.
Next time we have an event like this can you please don't make the codes as frustrating?

We can consider making some of the clues easier next time, or at least more clear. But a lot of the fun we saw that users were having were trying to figure out more complex puzzles.

my friend was pmed by a guy saying that ghosting items is reportable. I know that if you wear multiples of the same item it doesn't show up on your equipped list and they threatened to report him. is that reportable?

If we find you ghosting items your avatar could be resaved, but generally not something you will be banned over unless we have a reason to believe it is being abused.

When you buy gaia cash you get a pm, in the pm it gives you a number.
When I call this number it has been disconnected. Why is this number listed in the PM if it does not work.

Will there be a new number to call for Gaia Cash issues? Because waiting 7 days for a response with money issues seems like a long time.
Billing issues are generally handled within the same day to one day after the ticket being filed. If you have an outstanding billing ticket, go ahead and PM me with the ticket number.

Another Runway question, any update on a fix for the First of the Month bug?
It's very irksome having to wade through so many duplicates and for some who are new to the Runway and don't know about it, end up spending GC or gold depending on the theme they enter.

Originally the plan was to update this bug in tandem with a large visual update we had planned. Sadly that particular update has been put on hold. We can look at addressing it as a separate update though.

If you were under 13 when you made your account, but are 13 now, you can keep your account. You won't get into trouble.
