Trip Planning: Marquette loves to plan vacations. Even if she knows that she might not ever be able to afford said vacations, sometimes planning and imagining them is enough. She has a secret desire to one day be a travel agent, though her parents keep pushing her to be something great, like a lawyer or a doctor. For now, at least until she can get her act together and get out of her house, she will have to settle with just her own free type of trip planning. The good news is, if you want a trip, she can help!

Video Games: Another way she can successfully annoy her parents is by spending as much time as possible in front of the computer or television, blowing zombies to bits and taking down giant monsters with her bow. It's so great to escape into a world where she can do what she wants, and with video games, the more customization of a character, the better. She loves the idea of freedom, but at the moment doesn't have any way of achieving that freedom...unless you count gaining achievements from what she plays. That helps. Everything helps.

Virtues:
Open Minded: One of the best gifts her parents could have given her was them being so set in their own thoughts and actions that they had no desire to listen to others view points ever. And since Marquette loves to be as opposite from her parents as possible, this has turned her into a very open minded individual. She is very empathetic to situations, and is always willing to hear someone out. After all, everyone has reasons for everything, even if they're not good reasons. There is never any reason to shoot someone down.

Respectful: Showing the proper respect to people, normally means you'll get that respect in return. Marquette always does her best not to be rude, and practice in holding her tongue in every day situations has led her to a level of cool-headedness that would rival a master poker players. No matter how ruffled whoever she is talking to may get, Marquette will never be anything less than a polite, calm respectful person.

Flaws:
Secretive: Marquette keeps things to herself much more often than she shares them with other. Both good things and bad. She used to talk about her thoughts and feelings freely, but after being ignored or brushed aside or told that she was wrong, she stopped sharing much of anything. It isn't worth picking yourself back up just to get knocked down, and it really isn't worth giving others ammunition to knock you down. Staying quiet is always best.

Compulsive Liar: For the things that Marquette does share with people, most are lies. Stories she has concocted to make herself seem smarter or better, or just to make things seem better. Half the time she believes her own words, and lying has become such a natural thing to do...what's really even the point of telling the truth?
