Not all of the Zikwa's games are of a serious nature, of course. Sometimes they indulge in a bit of silly fun -- word games that send echoing giggles through the caves that were their home, or that fill the swamp. Their sense of humor can be muted, but is by no means completely snuffed out. Now that they are among the others in the swamp, these games are making their way into the festival at large.
Kin exchange words, fumble their way through tongue-twisters created to sound like slithering snakes or flapping bats or other creatures of the wilds. They dissolve into laughter when any kin fails.

MAD LIBS RAFFLE
This event is a quick one and a silly one: simply find a partner, and fill out the Mad Libs below. Each of you will grab one of the two stories below -- wolves and bird watching -- and ask your partner to provide the words as required without them reading the story. Then each of you will fill in their words, and post the results for a raffle ticket each!
At the end of the event, winners will be rolled at random. Have at, and have fun!

BIRD WATCHING:

This mad lib requires 5 adjectives, 3 nouns, 1 funny noise, 1 number, 1 present tense verb, and 1 body part.
Bird watching is quite an adjective 1 pastime. An interesting bird to start with is the adjective 2 oriole, which builds its nest in noun 1 trees. Early in spring, we hear the oriole give its mating call, which sounds like this: "funny noise." Then the male and female get together and verb 1. Later, the female lays number eggs. Isn't that adjective 3? Another fascinating bird is the adjective 4-breasted nuthatch. The nuthatch is very tame. He will fly down and land right on your body part. Other birds to watch out for are the red-crested noun 2, the adjective 5-necked thrush, and the yellow-bellied noun 3 sucker. Now that you know something about birds, get out there and watch!

It has often been said that "a wolf is a man's best noun 1." Wolves are very adjective 1 and can be taught many adjective 2 tricks. A wolf can be trained to carry a noun 2 in his mouth, and if you throw a noun 3, he will run and fetch it. Wolves will also bark adverb if someone tries to invade your noun 4 during the night. Wolves are mighty hunters, and can be quite adjective 3, but in their hearts, they're just big noun 5. Every kin should have an adjective 4 wolf for a pet. Just don't name it Mr. adjective 5-noun 6. That's what I named mine!
