School: Itski is homeschooled due to his family's constant travel, his mother is his tutor. Though she does have plans to send him to Azure Academy as soon as he is old enough.
Hobbies:
Ice Hockey: Iskander likes to play sports: basketball, baseball, tennis - though his favourite sport is Hockey! He is a huge Penguins fan and follows the team near religiously. Due to his strange home life he never found himself in a place to join a team but would beg his dad to take him to the ice-rink whenever they found themselves in a town with one. On moving permanently to Destiny City he is hoping to join a under 16’s team.
Movies: Iskander’s father is a stage actor and his mother is a Bollywood dancer. His interest in the movie’s started young as he grew up behind the scenes. His favourite genre is sci-fi and he has a soft spot for Star Wars inparticular. Now he is a little bit older his love has expanded to more than just enjoying the films but the merchandise too. He has a passion for collecting Pop Vinyl figures, soundtracks, artbooks and collector's editions.
Rider (Dog): Itski’s best friend and shadow, Rider is a black labrador given to him on his tenth birthday. Growing up his parents moved around a lot and his mother was concerned that he could sometimes get rather lonely. Rider is his constant, someone who made unfamiliar rooms feel like home and who he could talk to when he felt alone. He takes the dog for a walk twice a day and has trained it to near perfection. Some say a dog is a man’s best friend and in this case it rings true.
Skater: Itski's favourite method of transportation comes in the form of roller blades though he does sometimes use his skate board instead. It gets him from point A to point B but he does not know any tricks nor does he really want to learn any.
Virtues:
Mature / Independant: Iskander is usually described as an old soul in a young body. He grew up very fast and shows a huge amount of maturity and independence for someone so young. A large part of that is thanks to his homeschooling and his mother's attentiveness to his development. His parents treat him like a young adult and have been leaving him in the apartment (or the trailer) whilst they are working for the past year and every day they come home to find he has fed himself and his work has been done. He has an emotional maturity that people find surprising and is very well mannered and well spoken.
Brave: Iskander is a brave little stormtrooper. Having never had a ‘comfort zone’ so to speak due to his constant moving he has become used to starting over and experiencing new things. He likes to take every new challenge and situation by the horns. He is confident enough in herself to know that if he fails it is not the end of the world and trying new things is the only way you grow and educate yourself. He does not want fear to have a control over him and stop him from achieving his goals - though that does not mean he does not fear in the first place.
Flaws:
Distant: Itski is not the most trusting of people and has never really had the stability that comes with long term friendships. He does not feel the compulsion to get close to people because by the time any real friendship could form his parents were already planning the next move. He is a very social kid but has mental barriers that stop him from getting too close to people or every truly feeling a sense of belonging. He would much rather be on his own anyway as it is what he is used to. He often pushes people away before they have the chance to do it to him and finds making friends hard. I mean he is not lonely: he has Rider. Settling into his forever-home in Destiny City is going to be hard, he is still half expecting to move again soon.
Self Centered: Iskander has always had to look out for number one and it has become a rule to live by. He will always put the needs of himself and his family first and will throw others under the bus if it is in his best interests to do so. He is a very confident and prideful little boy who will brag about his parents achievements every chance he gets and tell people how well traveled he is. Being born into money means he has grown into a little bit of a snob and always likes to be well dressed and have nice things. It is fair to say he holds himself to a high standard and can look down at people for not living up to the same expectations.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Silver gray.
Hair: Shoulder length, same colour as his half-sister. He has a center parting with bangs that come down to his chin, the rest is usually braided and thrown over one shoulder. [Colour Reference].
Face: Rounded face, very feminine, mum says he will grow out of it. His skin tone is medium (notably darker than his sister).
Clothes: Iskander is generally well dressed; he wears nice jeans, cardigans, blazers, polo shirts and scarves. He also owns one very well loved Penguins jersey! (his mother is usually the one buying his clothes).
