Username: Midnightglow18 Reason: "Umm well I really wish I didn't have to tell you this." he blushed a deep rose color and then said. "I was at my parent's house with my first girlfriend. My parents were supposed to be out for the whole afternoon." He rubbed the back of his neck and said. "I spend a lot of time trying to work up the nerve to kiss her." Andrew sighed and said "I finally leaned in to kiss her, when suddenly the door opened, she moved and.." Andrew frowned "It was really so embarrassing.." He groaned hiding his face in his hands and stabbed himself with his own horn. "Ouch.." Andrew groaned "My first girlfriend.. yea bad day.. lost my eye, caught by my parents trying to make out.. the end.."

Username: GiinJoww Reason: "Oh, this ol' thing?" The boy chuckled softly, perking up. "It's not from an injury or anything like that, see?" Upon lifting the patch another soft blue eye apeared. "Funny story, but it's something that carried over from my childhood." He seemed a little embarrassed, but not of the awkward sort. "My friends and I, well, we all had a signature something we wore. Mine was an eye patch, hence the nickname 'Patch'. After wearing one for so long it's just become a habit and I feel weird without it. You could say I have quite the collection." He chuckled again.

Username: Ebonrune Reason: "Well," They said, fidgeting a bit, embarrassed. "It's because I have a lazy eye. When I don't wear the eye patch, it likes to drift off toward my ear. Not literally drifting!" They hastened to add. "Just....I get double vision. I probably wear this more than I should, but I really want my right eye to get itself figured out so I don't need to wear this anymore!" They sighed heavily. "Sorry. I didn't mean to yell. I just hate that I have to wear this thing."

Username:Rinial Sisterdragon Reason: There was a frown on the pretty one's face, it wasn't that the question was out of the norm, it was just a bit of a sore spot. Something that his family was always reticent to explain, which in turn made him want to hide it. While pairings with Dryads weren't exactly completely abhorrent, his situation was was abnormal. He sighed and sat down, "Well, it comes from the fact it looks like a dryad's eye, rather than a normal Kirin eye." Lifting the patch the pupil was white as was the sclera, giving it a strange look, "I mean, we don't know if it actually has anything to do with like a long lost ancestor being a dryad, or if it's just some weird thing that happens. But, rather than explain it, I just kinda hide it. Plus it's really light sensitive. So..." He seemed so flustered and unsure if he should even be explaining this, "Now you know." He looked off to the side and shrugged.

Username: ashes to the wind Reason: "You know how they tell you not to run with sissors?" Their blue eye rolled as they smirked. "You got it! That's why!" They held back a little snicker. "You see, the sissors and I were having a race!" It was getting harder and harder for them to keep composer as stiffled laughter caused little spasms in their body. "Get it? Running with sissors!?" A booming laughter came for their small frame as they dismissed the previous story, with a few waves of their hand. People asked them about this so much that they just started making things up. It made for a funnier experience for them in the end anyway. "Well, if you really must know, I scratched my eye really bad when I tried to run away from home..." They paused, shrugging a bit. "I was young and stupid. I thought my healing magic would be enough." They huffed, staringing into their hands. "It got infected and I just waited it out until it was too late." They seemed to pout a bit before perking up slightly. "But I look cool, don't I?"

Username: Alamoraine Reason: The Kirin is quiet and somber as he speaks, his one good eye never leaving the ground. "When I was little, my grandmother lived with my family; people said she was the best healer for miles and miles around. I was a stupid kid and always did reckless, dangerous things because I knew gram would always be able to fix me. Well one day I took a stupid risk and injured my eye; gram tried everything to fix it, but for some reason, she couldn't, and it.....sort of broke her. I wore this patch, and she spent the rest of her days thinking she wasn't so great because she couldn't heal her own nephew's eye. Then one morning when I was a little older, I woke up and reached over to get my patch and put it on over my eye, and I saw that I was starting to see out of it again; it was healing all by itself. I was happy at first, but then I remembered gram and how much she tried, and how awful I had made her feel. So even though I'm getting better, I still wear it as a reminder to never take people for granted and remember that my actions can hurt the people I love most and not just me."

Username: Micillia Reason: The boy looked bashfully at his feet with his one good eye. "It happened in a bad accident... Lots of bad memories..." He started, trailing off and wiping a tear from his one good eye. "I had a sibling... we were really close.... Loved to get into trouble and stuff, you know? Heh.. kids... Well we decided to climb up onto the roof of this old house. It was abandoned see and all the best toys always got caught up there. So my sibling and i were going to go be the heroes and save all the toys. We even got up there and threw um all down. There were Frisbee, balls, tons of stuff. Some of those toys must have been over ten years old or so! The trouble happened when we were trying to get down.... There were some rotten boards... and well, i lost and eye and a sibling." The boy looks down, saying no more. Looks like he is done with his story.

Username: Leopleuradon Reason: The question always seem to pop up whenever he moved to a new place. When you saw someone with any sort of injury, most of the time you couldn't help but ask how it happened. It wasn't an especially interesting story in his case, but it often had to be told anyway. "I cause the really bad illness as a child. It was pretty well known for being, mostly, curable. But it often leaves blindness in both eyes. In my case I was lucky that it just happened in one. I try not to let it bother me though! I've been living with it for so long now that it's pretty much normal to me. Just, don't try playing catch with me, kay?" Really, sport in general weren't his strong suit. But he'd still cheer for his more athletic friends happily any day.
