She'd made it to the general area of where she knew she wanted to settle down, though she'd not yet found the perfect spot to start building. There were some things she needed to acquire before she truly considered that anyways! The only thing she truly needed to find was a.... Merchant!
Ming'we's eyes landed on someone that seemed to be carrying goods! "Hey!" She called out. Just to be sure that she got their attention she quickly made her way toward them. "Wait! Hey..." The blonde was hoping that she could catch them before they got too far ahead. It wouldn't make too much sense for her to go too far out of her way for something small.

Rham sighed as he shifted his bag on his back. Things were too heavy after carrying them for a while. They didn't start off that way, but here he was struggling a bit. He shifted his pack again, from shoulder to shoulder before a voice caught his attention. His head whipped around and Rham blinked at a blond.. Interesting. A hybrid. "Oh, me?" he blinked, stopping in his tracks and looked around. Had to be him. There was no one else here. "How can I help you?"

Oh good! She'd gotten.. his attention. Ming'we slowed down to her normal walk to close the distance then took a deep breath. "Sorry. Are you a merchant?" She pointed at the pack full of things that he had been shifting from shoulder to shoulder. It was the blonde's hope that he was. She was in need of a few things and if he had them she'd be utterly delighted. "Most people don't carry that much stuff so I thought perhaps you were a seller." Giving a huff to help her catch her breath she smiled at the man.

"Yeah. I am. Well... Peddler, actually.." He gave her an impish look and just shrugged a bit. "Soon to be a merchant! I just need.... a uh.. thing to carry my wares and my actual stand. I need a stand I need..." The list could go on and he shook his head a little. "But yeah. I'm a cloth peddler. Rham's the name and helping beautiful women pick out beautiful fabric is the game." He tipped himself over at the waist, bowing to her before grinning. "How can I help?"

Cloth? Ming'we smiled at him. Well, that wasn't first on her list but it was definitely on there. "I'm Ming'we." Introductions were given but she didn't mind at all. In fact she gave a snort when Rham said helping beautiful women was the game. "Ah, sorry to disappoint you then." With a chuckle she waved her hand. "Do you have a material that is light and airy but not.. uhm.." How could she describe it.. "Nothing for a dancer. I need it to stand up against Sauti weather." Surely he would understand that. Right?

"Miss Ming'we. What a lovely name!" He grinned wider at her and then rolled his shoulders. "Light and airy material? Ah, you mean for someone who gets into battles and doesn't want to deal with the chaffing." He nodded a bit and licked his lips. "I have quite the fabric to go with your coloration." Rham shifted then, sitting down on the floor and pulled out one of the packs connected to his bag. From there he took out a large folded up piece of cloth and showed it to her. It basically felt like a material a jersey would be made out of. "It can keep you warm as well as cool. It'll move when you do. It's not good to keep it tight around you, but..." He hummed. "It dries quick if it's wet, too."

She watched him and nodded her head when he seemed to understand what it was she wanted. With him sitting she moved closer and took up a seat on the ground not far from him. As the material was produced she reached out to touch it. "Oh, that's perfect." The blonde smiled as she eyed the fabric. "Is there enough here to make a cowl?" Ming'we asked. If there was then she certainly wanted it. After all, she had an idea of what it was she wanted to make. "Do you trade or do you want coin?" The hybrid knew that it was all up to preference. Some people traded goods for other goods and some people wanted the coin that spent well in Oba and large settlements.

"There's definitely plenty here for a cowl," he said after examining it. "Now, I don't make these items, mind you. I just know fabric. If you want a tailor to make it into a cowl, that'd be something different." Rham laughed a little and just bit down on his bottom lip as he looked her over. Rham was actually really adorable. She had a great little figure and he'd never seen a hybrid with her features. Man, they were fascinating things, weren't they? "For you? Trade will work. I've got plenty of coin. You look like you'd have some fancy things I haven't seen before."

So there was indeed enough there to make what she wanted. That was good to hear. Ming'we smiled at him. "Oh, I can make it. I just need material." She'd picked up a trick or two along the way. Something she was certainly proud of. As he said he would trade she wanted to roll her eyes at the flattery. Still, it was nice to hear. "Hmn, well I'm not sure if there is anything really interesting but I do have some things." She said. Ming'we pulled out her own pack, though hers was much smaller, and pulled out what she had collected. Interestingly enough she had acquired a shell bracelet, a small flute, and some other nick knacks.

"You could always come to the pub with me and buy me drinks," he said with a grin. Sure, Rham was flirting. Flirting with a woman to make a sale or just free booze. Whichever one worked. Who knows, maybe he could end up getting a kiss or more from her. That'd probably help the loneliness that crept through him sometimes. "So. Pub and then I'll give you the fabric. I think there's just enough for a cowl for someone as small as you, so you're honestly in luck. I'm going to have to pick more of this up.

A brow arched at him slightly but she was smiling. "Alright. That's fair enough." Ming'we could find no reason to turn him down. Sure, drinks would be more expensive than a trade, but it would be worth it in the end. She'd have fun. "But.. Drink too much and I'll want more fabric." The blonde teased. She quickly put away her things and got to her feet. After dusting her bottom off she held her hand out toward Rham. "Shall we, my silver tongued peddler?" With a chuckle she waited for the man to get to his feet.

Silver tongued peddler? Rham laughed at that and nodded, handing her the fabric instead of offering his hand. He rose without hands in a fluid, almost cat-like motion and just grinned at her. "We shall, beautiful stranger." With a wink, he wandered the way he was going and snickered. "Silver tongued is a term I like associated with me. Hey, tell your friends if you tell them where you got the fabric. Tell them Rham, the good looking, silver tongued peddler who has everything."

Now with the fabric in her hand she laughed and shook her head. "I shouldn't have said that. You'll be wanting to be called that all the time now." And he proved her right when he told her to tell all her friends about him. Ming'we lifted a brow at him for a moment then looked at his pack. "Everything, huh?" There was a small pause before she continued. "Got a baby in there?" She knew he didn't but she was trying to point out that he didn't have everything. Though, the comment made her realize that she did indeed want a child.
