Ellicott had come to the conclusion months ago that she needed to embrace who she was now. She couldn't run from it any more. When she first became Ellicott all the young girl could think was how wrong it was. She was no fighter, not really. She was a lady, ladies didn't fight. She was just a little girl who couldn't do anything let alone save someone. Even after trying a few times to use her newfound powers Ellicott still felt useless… Pointless. Why should she fight if all she did was put others at risk.

It had taken a chance encounter with an older senshi where the other girl risked her own life to save Ellicott and her dog. Like the chibi the older senshi had no real offensive magic it was this that helped Ellicott realize that if someone who was like her, was willing to risk her life then the least Ellicott could do was to learn how to fight as well.

Once she come to this decision Ellicott was determined to do her best and as such it meant she needed to practice, train, and fight. All of this had her sneaking out to a large empty park in the middle of a warm spring night. She had briefly contemplated contacting her friend but dismissed that idea, she really didn't want to embarrass herself any further than she already was going to.

“Sherlock, Kukaa, Kubaki” Ellicott gave the order for her Alaskan Malamute-German Shepard mix sit and stay in the shadows of the park’s trees while she began to stretch in the wide grassy clearing. The dog was her nearly constant companion and if danger appeared he would atleast give some warning.



((Because of the breed mix the dog resembles a wolf, and the orders translate roughly to sit and stay respectfully))

Ellicott was nearly done warming up when Sherlock’s warning bark made her look up, searching the darkness for the danger her dog had spotted. “Sherlock?” She took a few steps towards the dog who was standing in the shadows staring intently at a tree. His tail gave one or two tentative wags as he looked back at his little mistress. He wanted to go play but he had been told to stay so stay he would. Sherlock let out a few more barks, a stray tail wag, and kept his eyes trained on the tree that the boy had ducked behind.

Ellicott meanwhile was searching the area with not only her eyes but the aura sensing she wasn't terribly familiar with. It didn't take much for her to determine that the person Sherlock had sensed was another order member. “Sherlock come here, Kisigino,” the chibi patted her thigh and waited until the large dog did so before speaking to the hidden fighter, “you can come out now. He won't hurt you. I know you're there” Her british accent made her words clipped and a bit brusque, her fear didn’t help either. Even though she knew that the other person was order it didn’t necessarily mean that they were a ‘good’ person.

“Sherlock is not a Youma!” Ellicott's indignation was rather clear. “He is a Alaskan Malamute-German Shepard mix! Not some monster and I do not appreciate you saying as much.” She stood there with one hand on her hip, the other resting on the dog’s head, gently scratching him behind the ear. To think that the boy would think such a sweet dog was a chaos monster was just silly.

“And if you didn't want to be detected while ‘patrolling’ you might want to go out with a guardian cat. I hear they can block you aura.” Other than the one that given her the pen, and ushered into this war, Ellicott hadn’t really met any of the guardian cats. The young senshi hesitated to pair up with a cat since she had Sherlock. The pup was a well trained dog but she had no idea how he would handle a normal cat let alone a magical one who can talk.

With a sigh Ellicott tried to shake off her annoyance, it wasn’t proper to lose one’s temper with a complete stranger. She would forgive his insult for now, not forget about it but put it to the side for the moment. “I am Ellicott, Chibi of Dance. You?”
