That is to say, Welcome! to the featured character thread of the Wind Tribe's the Grand Conductor. I really liked the idea of what shyanimegrl, had for her Keeper FC (featured Character), and with Permission, she has allowed me to glean from it a bit.
So. Here it is. This is a thread where those interested in having a b'alam of the Kumpania, or those woven of the Wind Tribe, (that is to say they have feather wings, as primaries) lean the art/skill of Playing music, Story telling, and singing.
The Bard Collage:
The Bard Collage though still in it's early stages is the pride of the Grand Conductor, Wind Waker. He is the one that has been put in charge by the Wing Magus, and blessed by the Grand Weaver in teaching the culture of song, music making and story telling to the Wind B'alam. The Floating island that is set for the foundation of the still humble (as it is still in it's beginning stages) structure, has been carefully tethered to the main floating capital of Kumpania. It is there where, Wind Waker spends most of his time Teaching those that have expressed interesting in learning the Weaver Given Art of Song, story telling, music making, as well as the construction of instruments.
The Bard Collage Purpose:
The Sole reason for the Bard Collage existing is for the Breath and Sound of Kumpania to be shared, and it's heart beat to be expressed. It is to be a place where -All Wind B'alam- can hone and learn something that only them, the feather wings-that have been first chosen by the Grand Weaver to crafted-nay! Perfect: Song, Music and the craft of Storytelling.
The Bard Collage is run by Wind Waker, the Grand Conductor. However some placement of those that would like to be 'teachers' with Rp required are welcome and must first be reviewed. Students of the Arts are always welcomed as long as they have feathered wings. There is no limit on how meany students the Collage will be accepting, however placement of professors will be few and far between, and reserved for those most interested as well as proved worthy in consistency.
