One of Polair favorite places was one of Civisect City's Plant Shop. This shop was known for its rich variety of seeds, and for its rare plants. Gardening wasn't really her thing, but collecting, cross breeding and experimenting with plants was something she enjoyed. Tonight the young seadweller was there, searching for a special type of flower- one that Claud saw a few sweeps ago. He described it as something she would love and encouraged her to see if this shop had it for sale. She wondered what byproducts it would produced if breed to one of her deadliest plants. At the shop Polair asked one of the workers if they had that special flower. "It's a marvelous specimen from what my lusus has told me, I think it belongs to the Diphylleia family, at least, or the Berberidaceae family but... He said he's only seen it once... I am not sure about the name." Of course they looked bewildered when she used the scientific name, as everyone should do. "Listen sweetheart, there are many herbs here and I doubt you'll find what you're looking for." Polair looked very disappointed, thinking maybe she'll never find it. The worker seemed nervous by her expression. Displeasing a seadweller could obviously ruin their business. "B-but have a look around! Who knows, maybe you'll find something similar or even better!"She just sighed and trotted off deeper inside the shop with Claud, yet she knew she wouldn't find something better. The seabear growled at her reassuringly, surely someone could help her out. Her curiosity was getting the best of her though which was good. At least it distracted her from thinking about that strange flower. Micillia Hopefully you can work with this! <3

Punkie grinned as she entered the shop that evening. The grin made her face look even more jovial with the face paint she religiously wore. "Why Hiya!" The orangeblood called to the troll at the front desk as greeting. Carver clicked his crustacean claws in accompaniment. Spreading the mirthful spirit was a way of life, one the troll and hermit crab took personally. Everywhere they went they tried to spread the joy they had in just being alive. Punkie had left her wagon outside the shop, and was unburdened as she skipped down the isles that lined the shop. Punkie went to wander the shop. She loved the smell of fresh air, planting soil, and recently watered sprouts. The juggalo took a deep breath and inhaled the sent, sighing in appreciation. As the juggalo child took her time enjoying the shop she spotted another child. Punkie was not meek when it came to meeting new trolls, even if they were seadwellers, the highest cast of troll. "Hello there!" The orangeblood said as she approached the other child and her lusus. "Just havin a good look, or are ya hunting for something?"

Polair barely turned around when she heard someone talk to her. Not that she was annoyed by their presence but she was inspecting the leaves of a peace lily. The child gave the other a quick look before taking the pot in her hands and facing the mirthful orangeblood. Should she say a jovial hello back? She did feel a bit, uncomfortable by the energy the other was giving out. Claus seemed a bit worried as well. Whether it was because the other was a clown or just his nature, it was impossible for her to figure it out. "I guess I'm doing a mix of both? I'm looking for a herb... Or flower? Well my lusus has seened it and he suspects they sell the plant here. What about you? It's actually surprising someone with your hue through this part of Civisect." Polair wasn't trying to be rude towards the other. It was strange to see a lowblood in this shop specifically. Maybe the times she had been there, she hadn't paid enough attention to the clientele. "Looking for some plant in specific?"

Punkie grinned at the seadweller and tried to keep her eyes from rising. Maybe this troll was from out of town. "Civisect is surprisingly open minded about stuff like ******** blood color and da like. But i guess i do tend ta go wherever. Must be ma mirthful spirit, ya know?" Punkie laughed at her own line. She did tend to go where her low blood color would usually get her looks, but the face paint tended to dissuade others from asking her to leave. Perks of being a juggalo. "I'm here ta ******** restock on gourd varieties. If ya've never grown one i strongly recommend it! Truly a ******** experience, them gourds." Carver clapped his claws to press the point. The more trolls planting gourds, the better off everything would be. "Ma names Punkie, by the way. Pleasure ta meet a salty one such as yer self. Punkie said cheerfully.

Polair listened to the clown with interest. At least she was taking her mind off the herb she was searching for. But something about her drew her in. Maybe it was the mirthful spirit? "Gourds? I've never grown them before. Usually I tend small herbs and a few domestic plants but gourds, never!" She said. "Oh, my name's Polair Rision, glad to meet you." She simply said and took a package of gourd seeds. "Tell me Punkie, do they really provide an experience? What does it take for me to grow them properly? Any tips to share? What type of soil do you use for them? Could they somehow become an invasive species if planted plenty? Are they easy to breed?"Micillia -rubs some questions on your face-

Punkie grinned ever more at the questions. "Yes. Not too ******** much, they are not needy. Faygo is a miracle. Punkins require a pH between 6 and goddamn 6.5 for healthiest growth, and need regular ******** watering, but can get over-watered. Make ******** sure there is no un-absorbed water left visible in da soil. There are ******** species that can get goddamned invasive, but not da ones from my ******** gift. And, finally, yes." Punkie beamed at the seadweller after the rapid fire question answering. This troll was fun. "Although there is not much ******** facts, I find it best ta read lines from "The Juggalo in Me" ta them, i think it really ******** brings out their color. Tell me tho, what have ya grown so far, so i can better ******** help ya?" Punkie glanced over to her little red wagon, inside were pamphlets, she was itching to share them with this new troll.
