Hobbies:
Video games - One of his more private hobbies, Eugene is That Guy who spends his time with his hands locked around his PS4 controller and shouting things into his headset everytime he shoots something. He gets very (obnoxiously) into whatever game he's playing, and is definitely not a quiet player; he yells, laughs, screeches, squawks, and probably knocks things over in his enthusiasm.
Shopping - Eugene's motto is Look Good No Matter What - something he takes a little too seriously. It doesn't matter how much something costs, if he thinks it'll look good on him or help him to be more impressive, he'll buy it. This mostly applies to clothes, but Eugene has very expensive taste in general, and won't bat an eye at dropping hundreds for a dinner to buy his way into the pockets of whoever he feels can benefit him the most - most notably potential clients.
Schmoozing - He is entirely capable of laying it on thick. When Eugene is schmoozing, he is in his element; a charismatic man with a silver tongue, he will buy, bribe, cheat, and push to get what he wants, and he definitely knows how to work a crowd. Whether or not it actually works is an entirely different story. Schmoozing = profit for Eugene, and he likes getting what he wants, so he makes a game out of it. How much can I get if I do this?
Virtues:
Charismatic - Sleek, shining, and dashing, Eugene is the epitome of the American politician. He is dramatic and quick to think - he can talk his way into a million different situations and talk his way out of a million others - at least, he thinks so. He is capable of handling attention and doling it back out to make it beneficial to himself.
Intelligent - Contrary to popular belief, Eugene is not stupid. He knows how to study, knows how to work, and considering he's passed the Bar Exam to become a lawyer, he knows his stuff. He has studied extensively the ins and outs of his profession - and others - in order to know how to talk to people, how to get to them. Cleverness is a trait that Eugene is most certainly not lacking in.
Confident - He knows his stuff, and he knows that he knows his stuff. Eugene is not above using underhanded methods to achieve his goals - in fact, he thrives off of such things - but he has the confidence and the determination to do what it takes to acquire what he wants. He grew up learning how to speak, how to keep your head up, and now he puts all of that to good use.
Flaws:
Selfish - Ultimately, the one person that Eugene looks out for is Eugene. He likes having Nice Things, and he definitely wants to keep said Nice Things, and if that means throwing someone else under the bus, well, then, they're about to get flattened. He puts himself first, his own wants, and his own needs, because in Eugene's mind, what would be the point of everything he does, otherwise?
Cowardly - Just like his lack of ethics in using underhanded tactics to achieve goals, Eugene is not a fighter. If things get too hard, too frightening, too much, he is the first to turn tail and run away, especially if there's a possibility of it saving his own skin. He wouldn't think twice about disappearing and leaving someone else to take the blame or pushing someone else to take his place in a difficult situation.
Ignorant - Whether deliberately or not, Eugene doesn't want to learn more about the world, and doesn't care to. All he cares about are three things: himself, money, and how to protect himself and his money. He is incredibly ignorant of all things outside of his own spectrum or scope of knowledge, because he doesn't see the point if it doesn't benefit him in some way or another - especially if it doesn't get him money.
