Nasir was off of work today, if only because of classes and because it was his usual day off, so he was coming in a little bit late from school. He had ended up staying later than expected. Mostly because he had a splitting headache and his eyes were watering and it made it that much harder to get work done.

By the time he dropped his bag on one of the many chairs in the living room, Nasir was wiped. The couch was his goal, a hand going through Wil's hair as he did so (his favorite way of saying hello). For once it was him completely stretching out and becoming part noodle. He laid there a moment, staring up at the ceiling, before he rolled onto his side and squinted at the figurines.

"... new project?" he asked, fingers reaching out for one of them to really look at.

Nasir took the figure into his hand, holding it up to his face to look at. It was intricate and he could see where Wil had filled in and made it look better (even if he was squinting to do so until his eyes focused properly; he was tired). He let out a soft laugh, leaning to put the figure back on the table. "That sounds like it could be fun. Especially with all the rumors and everything and the election ..."

He ended up shifting, rolling back onto his back when Wil was oozing his way onto the couch and head resting on his stomach. Nasir was tugging on a blonde curl because the other was there and looking at him. "M'fine. Just have a headache. You should keep working on this. I think it's a solid idea."

Nasir went cross-eyed, trying to focus on Wil's finger and then failing. He blinked rapidly, shaking his head and some hair falling loose from one of the barrettes holding hair back from being in his eyes.

"I do-" he started, then stopped and sighed. "You're probably right." It certainly would explain things but sometimes thinking about himself was the last thing he did.

Nasir blinked again, letting out a breath to blow the crimped hair out of his eyes when Wil took the clips out. It was not curly like the other's hair but it was wavier the longer it got.

"You made an appointment for me?" Not that he was surprised. Wil was the one who looked after him. After all, before there had been more people in the house, the blonde was the one who made sure they both had dinner as well as actually relaxed. For all the time he spent looking after Wil (and so many others), he was likely closer looked after.

The smile on his face was reaching ridiculously happy proportions, especially when Wil noodled his way back on his knees to hand him the bottle of water and the headache medicine. He took the medication first, popping it open and pouring out two pills before he passed it back. The water was grabbed next and he swallowed the medication down before talking.

That smile was still there.

He leaned, setting the bottle of water on the floor in front of the couch, before hooking his fingers around Wil's arm and tugging him back close. Definitely time for a him to give Wil a hug.

Nasir's face warmed at what Wil said, face turning to rub into the back cushion of the couch until the other was right there and he could wrap him up in a hug. There was never really a thought to anything like this because it was Wil and they had been in each other's space long enough that this simply was a thing that was.

"I know," he chuckled and meant to everything Wil had said. Nasir shifted to press his head to Wil's curls and let out a sigh. Sometimes the blonde was the best. Actually, no. It was not sometimes - it was all the time "... but you really should get back to the figures and I'll just watch you work and wait for this headache to go away."

Which meant letting him go with one last squeeze.

Nasir rolled onto his side again, knees tucking slightly around Wil as he sat back against the couch with the table pulled closer. "... any particular theme in mind or am I just going to have fun with it?"

He was holding a hand out for a figurine. "I'm thinking ... space elves and dwarves need to be working together. The elves can throw them." He may have snickered.

Nasir was eyeing the elf that he had gotten a hand on critically as well as the dwarf. Mostly he was thinking about what to do with them. Space elves that took over a planet of dwarves?

Sometimes he got a little silly.

"A rainbow tank would be cool," he finally said, before putting the figures down. With his head still hurting it was likely best to wait. "Food in a bit when the headache dies down." Never did like to eat when he had one.

"... and not really?" Nasir laughed, mostly at himself. "I didn't get much of anything done with my head hurting." Not that he did not try to power through it but Nasir really did give little thought to his own health. Wil was the only one who he would listen to when he was called on it and he curled just a bit more around the others back.
