Name: When adopted as a kitten, he was originally called Starbaby by the lady of the house due to the star on his forehead. The gentleman of the house, however, refused to call him such and instead referred to him as Tater Bob, naming him after the hairy bohemian in the neighborhood who was always found on the side of the highway attempting to sell his crop of potatoes. After the divorce, the latter stuck. So, tl;dr - Tater Bob

Breed: Maine Coon

Attached to: Initially comes to town living with the newly relocated Rob (sleazy lawyer seen here). Will drift between powered individuals once he decides to become useful or once he's kicked out of the last person's home.

Alignment: Corrupted upon arrival to Destiny City. Willing to bribe Order senshi, saying he'll upgrade them for the right price. He can't REALLY upgrade them, naturally, but they don't have to know that until after he gets what he wants and then scrams.

Blood Type: A-

Fav. Food: Chinese and bourbon, takes after his master's tastes.

Hated Food: Maple syrup. Stuff sticks to the face, the fur, the everything.

Hobbies:

Drinking - Bob enjoys more than just a drink. Bob enjoys many drinks. His caretaker since kittenhood always took to whiskey and bourbon after a hard day's work at the office and the ginger cat soon found he had a liking to his master's glass, drinking away the remains once Rob went to bed. As he grew, so did his appetite for alcohol. While he may not have thumbs to open cans or bottles, he's resourceful enough to know how to knock things over, use nearby items to assist in screwing off tops and checking out local downtown scenes, where vagrants and weekend party partakers leave any remnants of a tasty substance. Bob enjoys the buzz and relaxing sensations the drink brings to him, thus his eagerness to obtain more of it.
It would also certainly not be beneath him to weasel his way into an individual's home under the guise of being a lovable feline for the sole purpose of raiding both fridges and liquor cabinets.

Womanizing - Bob does not let a classy or trashy broad pass him by. If she's got a figure to look at, he'll generously donate his time to pay attention to it. He knows he's a cat, but he also knows he's a male with a pulse and just look at the backside of that dame!
Hanging around parks and malls, he'll simply sit back and admire the view - there might be a confused head turn or two, though, when a woman hears an appreciative whistle but no man nearby to pin the blame on. This hobby applies to both humans and cats alike - hey, a guy needs to leave his options open, right?
Should he ever obtain a lady's interest long enough to get a date out of her, it will usually turn out pretty poorly, once his chauvinistic personality rears its ugly head.

Trashy Television - One of the best things a lazy and/or drunk cat can enjoy is good old trashy television shows. He loves Maury. He adores Jerry Springer. He loves to guess who is or isn't the father - maybe it's the girl's half-brother's cousin's best friend's sister's uncle twice removed? Divorce Court and Judge Judge are also high on his list of things to watch as he's lounging around on the furniture or drinking the remains of a forgotten glass. Thankfully, he never has to worry about missing his shows - there's usually some sort of garbage on the television set at some point throughout the day or night.

Virtues:

Charismatic -- While he only verbally speaks to empowered, magical beings, Bob is still quite the outgoing feline. He knows how to charm the everyday passerby, or at least enough to get some scraps or a ride to wherever he feels like going. "Friendly" is not a term he would use to describe his natural personality, but he's willing to fake it long enough to get whatever he wants, whether it's by acting cute, giving a pitiful "meow" or two to a bleeding heart or what have you.
When it comes to senshi or agents, he's more than happy to get your attention for his own needs - a convincing argument on why someone should house a Guardian cat, a particularly heartfelt plea as to why they should offer him some of their sandwich - being outgoing is one of Bob's specialties.

Quick-thinking - He may not be the smartest Mauvian on the planet, but Bob is clever enough to quickly find his way out of trouble, regardless as to whether or not he caused the initial trouble to begin with. Need food but the dish is empty? Well he'll just knock over whatever's laying around on the counter until he gets someone's attention or knocks open a box of food. Senshi trying to purify him? Let's just swipe a claw and dart between legs for a quick escape. The cable's gone out just when Maury is about to come on? Time to sneak in through the neighbor's open window and watch it from their TV! His decisions and reasonings may not always be ones of sound judgement, but he's quick to come up with them!

Adaptable - With a very "go-with-the-flow" nature, Bob is easily adaptable to any situation or environment. As long as he has food in his belly and a place to rest his head, the details aren't anything worth fussing over. Kick him out for the evening? Yeah, sure, okay, he knows of a few places he can crash. Grab and carry him off on an adventure? Whatever, as long as there's something in it for him at the end of the day.

Flaws:

Apathetic -- Bob really doesn't care. Negaverse wins? Doesn't care. Order wins? Doesn't care. Food dish is empty? Doesn't care. Rob gets his heart broken again? Doesn't care. You broke your henshin pen or foot? Doesn't care. Bob looks out for his own contentment and the Bigger Picture has no effect on his mood or plans. He can certainly be encouraged to care, whether its by threats via a higher power or an enemy, but he'll do just enough to skate by - his allegiance is to himself, first and foremost.

Sexist - The world is in a power struggle because the war is being fought by women and children. This is ridiculous and stupid - he would also like to note that Queen Serenity and Metallia and Beryl and Nehelenia and ALL OF THESE POWERFUL FIGURES ARE/WERE WOMEN, DOES NO ONE ELSE SEE WHY A WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE PUT IN CHARGE? He truly believes that men have better heads on their shoulders and giving all this sort of power to munchkins and overly-emotional dames is just a terrible decision, through and through. He'll snub a gal's opinion over a fella's, he'll write off a female senshi's problem as due to womanly whining and write off poor behavior on a guy's part just because us guys have to stick together.

Lazy - Bob is lazy. He lacks ambition, motivation and a drive to do anything but exist, lounge and live a fairly carefree life to the best of his abilities. Fights are not his thing. Running around is not his thing. The only way for Bob to be motivated is for Bob to be bribed or his life to be threatened - both situations are often found in the streets of Destiny City.

Eyes: Green.

Accessories: Since the couple could never agree on a name, he received no collar. There was no need to put If Found information on a tag because as much as Rob would like for Bob to run away, the useless thing always ends up returning home.
