I'm curious to hear opinions on Amon Amarth's new album Jomsviking. I personally do not care for this new album, I'm curious to see what people here think about it.

Not a big fan of the new album. Twilight of the Thunder God and Surtur Rising would have to be my favorites. As for the guild, it's not as active as it should be.

Love it. One Thousand Burning Arrows is my favorite track off of it.

Matadair Not a big fan of the new album. Twilight of the Thunder God and Surtur Rising would have to be my favorites. As for the guild, it's not as active as it should be. Those albums are great! Need to find more metal fans, this place could be exploding with them.

Boulivar I stopped paying attention to Amon Amarth years ago. To be honest I am into Black Metal more than I am into Death Metal. Regarding Amon Amarth and their categorization of 'Death Metal' I'm just not sure about it sometimes. I'd rather be listening to Body Farm and Blood Bath. I do love to see opinions on Jomsviking though, I was not impressed with it and apparently others feel the same.
