Apparently not, judging by how vehemently Etsuko had stated what she was the guardian of. She also unleashed an attack of raw power at Chikara. The attack looked like pink, purple and green lights. The strange lights from Etsuko had hit Chikara who had faced it all head on. Chikara had screamed in pain and Minako could recall how she tried to react quickly, but all her actions had been in vain. Then, Chikara became unconscious and now, she had to be hospitalised.
Etsuko’s actions had ultimately ruined any appearance of their family being peaceful. Now everyone would know. Everyone would see. Her life was imperfect. Minako sighed and watched the closed doors of the operating room with great tension, worry and guilt weighing heavily on her mind. There was a sinking realisation in Minako’s soul as she realised that she hadn’t known her daughter, Etsuko… well enough to prevent this madness, this tragedy, this painful fate from being carried out.
