The doors to the inn were smooth as they opened, leaving the group of Wind Siblings with an easy transition from the heat to the shade. They walked in with expressions of satisfaction, examining the area before grabbing a seat deep in the belly of the inn. The group of four were made of three males and a female, all with similar coloring and bright blue eyes. The two platinum blonde boys sat first, the taller looking bored while the younger eyed the location with wide eyes. The sandy haired sister sat next, before she pointed for the last brother to head to the bar.
The man was jovial in face and body, and he grinned as he walked away from his siblings. Sure, he was one to laze about, but the surefire way to get Carminer moving was to direct him toward a drink.
As he sauntered up to the bar, and the pretty ice woman before him, he provided a side grin and leaned forward casually.
"Well isn't this quite the stroke of luck. Here I am, with my darling siblings, and here you are, a refreshing breath of fresh air to sooth me after a long journey..."

Eira turned at the sound of the bell that chimed announcing that new people were arrivng, she turned to give a wave before looking down at those playing at her feet, "Alright you two, I need to see to the customers, play nice." She said, using the toe of her shoe to scratch the snaptrotter Branko under the chin. The big beast was currently lazing behind the bar, playing the part of a jungle gym to her toddler son who was in the midst of learning to walk and needed something to cling onto... that being Branko for the time being. Turning to the group she called out, "Make yourselves at home, if you'd like anything let me know!" Her attention then went to the one who approached her, giving her best smile, and said, "Isn't that sweet of you to say." To be called a 'breath of fresh air' was compliment enough to put Eira in a good mood, especially given she'd been playing with a baby all day. It was always refresing to get a good compliment, something that always made her feel better about... well, everything. "So how can I help you and your siblings out?" She asked, feeling that she'd a chat with the cutie would be enjoyable, especially if he continued with the compliments.

The easy grin lifted up one cheek, and his blue eyes glimmered with good nature as he noticed her and the little figure crawling about behind the bar. He wasn't one to judge, and he simply accepted that some women needed to work and take care of the kid, and her kid was pretty fetching as well with his dark hair and icy skin.
As someone who was used to such creatures in this area, he really didn't mind taking a moment to appreciate their differences compared to his own.
Focusing again at the task at hand (which wasn't hard all things considered), his half smirk grew to a grin as his eyes lidded slightly to further relax his pose.
"My siblings here would enjoy some of your finest brew, but I myself am always looking for company to bring me warmth or test my mind. Do you have any stories, dear barmaid, that might cheer me up this eve?"

Barmaid? Eira blinked a couple times, then gave a bit of a chuckle. Oh, was that what the young man thought? It was kind of cute and given she was behind the bar at the moment she supposed that she could let it slide, especially since he was cute enough. Giving a thoughtful sound she said, "Our finest brew, huh? I'd say that is the stuff I get from my supplier in Dernd. I don't drink a lot of it anymore for obvious reasons, but I can attest to the flavor being good." Turning Eira moved to fetch two bottles in particular, setting them before the young man, before she said, "This one is made with apples, this one with berries, the latter of which is far sweeter." And by far her favorite of the two, though she wouldn't say as much, not wanting to color his opinion before he tried either. Getting out a pair of glasses she pour a small amount into each and said, "You can have a sample for free, after that you'll have to pay. Your cute face will only get you so much with me." The last part said teasingly. "Hmmm, stories, huh? I wish I had some interesting news, save for the invasion of Limbara that we had last month nothing too interesting is going on. I have heard rumor that the firebirds, bringers of trouble that they are, have been spotted flying around. Must be getting close to the time when they lay their eggs. I'd rather like to see one close up myself, but I haven't even seen one from a distance since the inn was still under construction, how about you, cutie?"

A soft hum came out of his throat, and he seemed to not show any sort of excitement or disappointment at her words. In fact, he was quite complacent with the drink; anything and everything was good in his mind as long as it gave him a buzz that warmed his bones. In fact, since he begun his travels with his siblings, he really found more enjoyment in a drink after a long day on the road.
"I will trust your word, my dear." He said softly in response, the grin never leaving his lips as his eyes followed her while she moved. Once more, he found appreciation in the form before him, but he really made no act to move outside of of what he believed as subtle complements and gentle affection.
As she turned back and spoke, his eyes narrowed softly at the word of berries, and he quickly nodded to the second. He waved off her sample, but his grin spread as he caught her jest, "It is always nice to hear that my efforts aren't in vain."
He waited for her to pour the berried drink, something he was quite interested in considering his own personal mission to change the landscape of drinks with his family's all-but-lost recipe, before he turned to watch her as she spoke of the happenings in the area.
"Unfortunately, all I've heard are rumors as well. I've spent most of my days on the edge of Tale, but I do plan on heading to the mountains. If I do spot a firebird, I'll see if I can capture a feather for you. Even without a story, I'm sure it'll look great on the wall, maybe a mantle behind your bar, or even as an ornament in your hair...yes, I think your dark locks would highlight the bright flames of a firebird's plumage."
Another casual grin, he was enjoying himself, although he had no illusion that she was interested beyond the subtle flirting that her occupation often encouraged. He, however, would take anything and everything, and so he accepted her grins with his own friendly ones in turn.

Eira gave a little smile as she left the bottles on the counter in case he wanted them, leaning against the counter, so that she could look at him, "Drink up, my cute friend, and tell me what you think. If you're interested in either I can let my supplier know, maybe he can introduce you to the one who makes them? No promises though, I can't say what if they want to keep it a secret or not. No harm in asking though." As the boy mentioned bringing her a feather she gave a happy sound in her throat, clapping her hands together, before bouncing in place, "Oh! That would be wonderful! I would love to show off something like that to our patrons. It would look amazing as a center piece in our inn." Giving a happy smile she said, "If you're able to get me one of those I will be certain to let everyone know who brought such a gift to me. Of course, that means that I would need to know exactly who you are as well." Holding out a hand to the handsome blond boy and said, "My name is Eira." She had to admit it would be best if the two of them made their introductions, especially if they were wanting to make friends.

Without further thought, Carminer reached for a bottle and pulled it up to his lips. Taking a deep breath to smell the scent of the liquid, he swallowed a generous portion without any sort of concern. Instead, he focused on the sharp burn followed but a the gentle warmth that filled his belly. Nodding as he licked his lips for any lingering taste, his eyes sparkled as he grinned back at Eira.
"A good suggestion, indeed." Was his warm response, as he moved in for another taste, this time a bit more reasonable than his last gulp. He kept his grin at her reaction to his offer, quite pleased with himself for wooing the woman before him. Although she wasn't as keen as the hair ornament, he couldn't deny that it would look fetching on the wall. A rare piece indeed.
"Carminer, it is a pleasure!" He took her hand and shook it gently, his smile turning soft before he pulled his hand away to reach for the other drink.
As he played with the bottle for a long moment, he glanced around casually, "So how do you procure your drinks?" He said with light interest, curious indeed where she gets most of her drinks and if she might eventually become a patron of his future dream. It would be nice to make potential partners to motivate him to finish his craft.

Giving a smile Eira said, "It's very nice to meet you Carminer." The boy was the sort that she defintely enjoyed being around. Cute and flirty, but not the sort that tried to over steps his bounds like some might. It made it so that they could flirt and chat in a manner that was both entertaining and without threat. It was when those that couldn't be trusted appeared that Gyuri tended to step in so that he could pick them up by the scruffs and toss them out the front door... which was always a nice thing to see. It was also usually followed by a cheer from the other patrons. As Carminer withdrew his hand from hers so that he could get himself another drink she said, "I have a merchant that I work with out of Dernd that delivers most of what I need. A few things are deligated to specialists of course, but he tends to do a lot of the work." Without him and all of his hard work Eira really had no idea what she might do. Well... no, that was probably a lie. If that man were to so foolishly disapear others would clamour to take over his spot, so she couldn't say that she was all too worried. "I can give you his name if you want to seek him out in Dernd." She offered, wondering idly if Carminer was interested in doing business with him as well or if he just wanted more bottles of wine of his own. Either way it would mean more business for her merchant friend, which she was sure he'd appreciate.

Carminer waved her off with a sip of his drink, taking the taste of the other drink in and sending her another bright smile. It was different than the other, but still quite a treat. Hopefully, as he got used to the process, he would one day be able to dissect the subtle nuances of each drink he tasted. Until that day, he was content to simply enjoy the treat he had.
"No need, my dear Eira. I'm actually looking to start up my own brew, so I was simply curious how business was in this area...." If she only had one such vendor, it meant he had a great chance to get in her good graces and upon her shelves. Yes, he'd have to make sure his sister got an introduction as well before they left, so they could return some day and agree upon distribution of their own.

Giving a bright smile Eira said, "If you're certain." She saw no reason why they shouldn't share such information since they really wanted to make sure that things ran smoothly. If it helped the merchant, put him in a good mood that would help Eira, then she'd only be too happy to send more business his way. Leaning a hip against the bar, giving him a curious look, she asked, "Your own brew, hm? I must say that I am a bit curious about that. Is this a new venture? Do you know much about brewing? Do you have in mind what sorts of brews you might want to make?" She found herself wondering about what he might be up to, if what he planned to make would be any good, and if it might make the inn that much more popular. If it meant making her inn that much better, that much more popular, then she instantly took interested in it.

He debated for a long moment what he should tell her. She wasn't really a competitor, and so a little extra excitement around the concept wouldn't be a bad thing. He wasn't the best one to pitch things, that was his twin, but he had enough passion to sell his cause, at least in his mind.
"The current way people brew is quite weak, so to speak. I actually have an long-standing family recipe that is from generations before, including a process that has yet to be used to create the drink. Not only do I think I can create a pure blend, but I can do so with stronger potency and provide a cleaner result. It's ideal, and I can assure you it will change how we drink."
It didn't matter that the family wine recipe was generations old and lost, he knew if he could find his ancestor in the mountain, he could make something that would change the world as they knew it..

Eira crossed her arms under her ample chest, a thoughtful look on her face as she debated over what it was that he was saying. He was explaining about drink, both how wrong the current method was and how he meant to go about it himself. She gave another nod after a moment and said, "It sounds interesting enough. I can only imagine how things might go if those who visit end up with even stronger drinks... but I bet they would be even more likely to tip well." She knew that drunks were far more likely to give out big tips, something that Eira was only too happy to accept. Giving a smile she said, "If you figure out this receipe of yours I think you should consider bringing some by."

Carminer nodded, "My family has an old recipe that we've had for generations, but we lost it a few back. If I can perfect it, I can use the local berries to help shape new creations that will get customers flocking for more!"
As he spoke, his arm waved about until he took a long pull from the drink again, "That is why we are here, traveling to find the recipe and making a name for ourselves in the process."
Grinning to himself, he finally leaned over and looked at Eira closely, "I will make sure to bring some samples for you to try first, my dear. I'm sure you've tasted quite a bit of drink over the years, so your palette must be one of the most refined in Sauti"

"Ah! I see, doesn't that sound like quite a quest." They had a receipe somewhere but he needed to find and learn it anew after the family lost the information somehow. Giving a thoughtful sound she found herself wondering how one could lose a receipe in that manner? Giving a smile she said, "Once you are able to bring it back into being I bet it will be a great story to tell while pouring such a brew." To be able to share with people a brew that they thought was once lost, it sounded quite amazing, didn't it? She felt that it would definitely make it sell better, stories always helped to get people excited about things after all. "Well, your group is welcome to come and rent rooms here any time that your group passes through on your journey." She offered, then smiled. She hoped that it went well because she wanted very much wanted a chance at that brew. At the mention of her having the 'most refined palette in Sauti' she couldn't help but to laugh, "Well, aren't you sweet. Thank you, cutie, I hope that I can use my use my refined palette to enjoy your brew one day soon."

"If anything, the adventure itself will be quite the tale!" He responded in kind, grinning like a fool as he thought of his siblings and how they would most likely carve a new legend for the family. Yes, he was quite fortunate the set of four had worked out an organized plan to get things accomplished.
As the conversation shifted, Carminer realized the drink was low, and so he too shifted back to the original drink he had. Pushing the bottle away, he made the motion for four more, because he did need to provide for his siblings who were currently waiting back at the table. Risking a glance over his shoulder, he waved a bit at his impatient sister and grinned back at Eira.
"We do quite appreciate it, and you have quite the collection of drink to sooth us after our travels. I'll make sure Orivato marks his map for future travels."
He winked again, giving a last bit of flirtation before he would need to rush back to his siblings.
