Hyperborea knew she probably shouldn't be out and about with her shoulder still messed up but she felt like she was going stir crazy in her dorm. Not to mention the fact that she was really irritable and moody and depressed lately. She wondered if it had something to do with absorbing a bit of chaos from the code but she wasn't sure.
She figured she could at least dust youma or run off lieutenants even if she wasn't in shape to deal with captains or generals. So after about a hour of patrol and dusting two youma, which she found much more annoying with only one arm, she decided to take a rest on a bench.
It was shortly after that that the transcended knight of cosmos felt the aura of a senshi approaching her. She decided to let the senshi come to her as she stood up to great the girl who approach. In the arm that wasn't in a sling she held her staff.
"Bonjour, may I help you?" She inquired politely trying not to let her general terrible mood impact this meeting. She noted that the girl looked to be about her age maybe a bit younger. Orangeish Sherbert Here's a start let me know if I need to change anything.

It seemed that every time she felt a strong, order aura she automatically assumed that it was Ida. Even if she knew it wasn’t. Even if it wasn’t a senshi. This time was no different, this time she had felt that strong aura, and noticed that it even had that pure little…twang to it that Ida had with hers, and she took off running towards it, excitement pumping through her veins. As she got closer and saw that it wasn’t Ida. Again, her run slowed to a walk and her shoulders slumped. Even her hair seemed to lose a little bit of its bounce.
Honestly, if the person on the bench hadn’t said anything, she might have just turned around and walked away without a word, but since she wasn’t a jerk, she gave a little smile. “Oh, no. I’m fine thank you. I just thought you were someone else, and I was really excited. That’s all.”
She hesitated for a moment, then forced her smile back, brighter than before. “I’m sorry, I’m Sailor Elvira, Senshi of Poinsettias, and it’s very nice to meet you!”

"Oh that's alright." She said in response to the apology. She dispelled her staff and held out her good hand in greeting. "I'm Hyperborea, transcendent knight of Cosmos, the pleasure is mine."
"I hope I'm not prying but who were you looking for? There aren't many people with an aura like mine." She asked currious.

Elvira took the hand and shook it, her smile becoming much easier. This girl seemed very nice. “Oh, I was looking for my friend Ida. I haven’t seen her in ages and someone said she must be dead, but I don’t want to think that she’s dead because what if I start thinking that and because I thought it, it makes it true? You know?”
The senshi drew in a breath after her long winded speech and gave a little laugh. “Well. Maybe you don’t know her, and if you don’t that’s okay. She glows, like you do. She’s so pretty, and so strong and just so…awesome. She’s one of my best friends, and she was there when I stopped being a chibi, so that’s super neat, she’s the first one I took up to Elvira, besides myself.”
The girl seemed terribly proud. “So you’re a knight of cosmos? My brother is a knight of earth! That’s super cool!”

"Oh Ida, I do know her!" She said happily. "I meet her when I was still just a page, she was very kind and explained alot of things to me. She even took me to her home world, it was the first world outside of Hyperborea I'd ever been to. I've actually been wanting to run into her myself I made a promise to take her to Hyperborea but I haven't had the chance follow through on it."
"That's disturbing news to hear that she's missing. But I wouldn't worry that she's dead, Eternals are made of stern stuff I'm sure she's alive somewhere. Perhaps she's taking time off and remaining powered down, senshi don't get messages on their phone if they are in civilian form right?" She theorized.
"That's very cool I'm friends with some earth knights myself, what's his name?" She asked curious if she knew the man in question.

Elvira gave a heavy sigh, kicking her foot against the ground. “Yeah I know she’s strong, but the one person I ran in to was her roommate or something and he’s been looking for her for months so I don’ t know. I really hope she isn’t dead…but he really thinks she is. And my brother? His name is Newgrange, he’s the very best Earth knight that there is, because he’s the strongest and the smartest and clearly he’s the handsome…uh…ist. Most handsome.”
She shrugged, and her eyes fell on Hyperborea’s arm. “What happened? How did you get hurt?” She was lucky enough to not have ever really been hurt yet…it was something she was quite proud of, having enough sense to run from danger rather than towards it…besides she wasn’t really an offensive person, that much was clear.

To hear that her own roommate didn't know where she was, was extremely alarming to Hyperborea but she knew she could let it show on her face. Instead she put on a comforting smile.
"Sometimes when we are too close to something we lose perspective on it, I'm sure her roommate is just scared and worried for her. But Ida has been around for a good while in this war, you don't make it that long without learning how to survive. I'll try to keep an eye out for her myself but I'm sure she'll show up eventually." She said trying to offer hope to the girl.
"Your brother sounds amazing, I hope I run into him at some point." She said with a smile, she decided she didn't need to mention that Earth had a royal knight who was the strongest knight of all.
"Oh this?" She said rubbing the back of her head with a slight blush. It was embarrassing to admit her screw up to a stranger. "I made a mistake in a battle and a general stabbed me in the shoulder with her spear." She explained.

Elvira really didn’t want to talk about Ida any longer, so she just nodded, and then nodded again a bit more vigorously when the topic shifted to Newgrange. “I hope you do too! I know you’ll like him a lot, he’s the best big brother ever and he’ll do anything he can to protect you...” Her eyes grew wide when she heard what happened. “A general stabbed you? Oh that must have been so scary! Are you okay? I mean, you’re not dead so I guess you’re okay but…I would have so many nightmares about that, jeeze!”
She honestly couldn’t imagine what that would even be like…it would be awful and frightening and all sorts of bad. Just bad. “Who was it? What was the general’s name? I know I’ll want to stay far, far away from that person, that’s for sure!”
The senshi gave a little shudder and thought back to her own encounters with some of the Negaverse…they hadn’t been so bad. Not really. Not after she had talked to them, or used her power on them…they didn’t have to all be bad…

"I'll definitely keep my eyes open for a Newgrange of Earth then." She said with a smile.
"Um yeah I guess it was, another Earth knight actually saved me, Camelot. But its not the first time I've fought that general or even the first time I've been stabbed by her. She attacked me when I was still just a page which was much scarier." She said thinking back on her first night of patrols when she encounter the evil general.
"Her name is Painite, she has short brown hair with light green eyes and carries a spear. Its definitely a good idea to stay away from her, she's highly trained with alot of experience and she is one of the most viscous generals I've meet." She warned. Through it was truly a case of "do as I say and not as I do" as the young white haired girl had been told her self not to fight the violent general and that had not deterred her.

“Painite…even her name is kind of scary!” Elvira shook her head, her curls bouncing as she did so. “I’ll have to warn people of her, I don’t want anyone else to get hurt because they ran off after her…” she swallowed, and gave a sigh. “It was really nice to meet you…I hope your shoulder feels better soon, maybe you and I can be friends? I always love having friends, if you want to hang out sometime, let me know! Maybe we can go to the movies or something, and we can bother my brother at work and make him give us free cookies—he works at a bakery, he’s so cool.”
The senshi looked so excited. It wasn’t often that she found people in this war that were her age…and she was just so ready to forge relationships, plus, this girl really knew what she was doing, and she was so cool.
“So…do you wanna?”

"That's a good plan and don't worry I'll heal up fine. Since I'm transcended I can just go up to my wonder and heal alot quicker." She said even though a part of her was scared to return to her wonder while she still had a bit of chaos inside of her. What if it leaked into her wonder or her code piece.
"I would love that very much Elvira." She said with a bright smile. It was rare that she found other powered people her age and even rarer that she got to be friends with them so she'd jump at the chance. Plus Elvira seemed really kind and sweet.
She looked around to make sure no one was nearby to see her before she powered down. In a flash Hyperborea was gone and a young girl wearing the crystal uniform was left in her place. "Here so that you know what I look like as a civilian, my name is Ciel Karpusi. " She said as she once again powered up into Hyperborea.
"If you ever want to hang out just give me a call." She said holding up her ring hand. "Knights can receive calls to their rings even when we're powered down."

Elvira nodded, looking relieved by that, she glanced around as well and let her own henshin melt away, revealing a grinning girl in penguin pajamas. “I’m Carlee. Carlee Hunter! Don’t you um…have a normal cell phone? I think that might be a lot easier to call you on than a ring…unless it’s some sort of magic ring that…talks. Like the power rangers had…oh…no, those were bracelets.”
She shrugged and drew her phone, decked out in a phone case that looked like a box of Thin Mints. “Ciel, hm? That’s a really pretty name! I’ll call you soon so we can plan something…” She glanced down at her pajamas and sneakers and laughed. “I think next time I’m going out I’ll wear normal clothes too, I just don’t worry about it because I normally don’t show people who I am, so…that’s okay! Besides, my pajamas are super comfy! You go to Crystal? They have such pretty uniforms…I’ve been homeschooled since elementary school, so I’ve never gotten a school uniform…they’re really cute though, and you look so pretty in yours~”

Hyperborea laughed as she powered down again. "It can actually do one better if I make a call to someone a little hologram of the person appears from the ring for me to talk to. Kind of like that old movie, Star Wars A New Hope." She said with a giggle as she pulled out her own phone which had a case with a picture of sir Lancelot on it.
"But you're right normal phones make more sense. Your name is nice too, Carlee." She said with a smile happy to return the compliment. She pulled up her number on her phone to give to the other girl. "This is my number."
"Don't worry about it I used to do the same thing when I was a page but now I usually go on patrol right after I finish my homework so its just easier not to change. Besides your pajamas look cute." She said earnestly. "And yup I'm a crystal girl, it's a nice school though some of the girls there can be...unpleasant." She said trying to find a nice way to say snobby bitches.
"You're homeschooled though, that's really cool. Do still have to take tests or get homework?"

Carlee recorded the number and slipped her phone back into her pocket, nodding absent mindly. “Yeah, I mean, I have tests and I have to meet up with other home schooled kids once a week, and I mean, homework is more…well I mean, it’s just called work for me.” She grinned, making a face. “Well, just because there are unpleasant people there, I think that really means that you just have to be twice as nice and twice as wonderful…you never know what’s going on in their lives…I don’t know, that’s just how I look at things!”
She yawned and rubbed at her eyes. “Well, to be honest though, poo on them. Nobody should be rude…it’s just ugh. But I do have to head home, I’m getting super tired…but I’ll call you soon, okay Ciel?” Pulling out her henshin pen from her pocket, Carlee quietly powered back up into Sailor Elvira and gave a big grin and a wave to the other teenager, before running and leaping up onto the nearest building, heading home, more than ready for bed.
But she had made a new friend, and that was the absolute best.
