Welcome to the 2016 Ashdown Mayoral Election!
Today we're holding a town hall debate. How're we gonna hold it? WELL!! Characters can come in and post questions, which the DEBATE MODERATOR (TM) will direct to the candidates in a thread to start April 5! You may react to the candidates, ask clarifying questions, etc, but candidates will only be responding to posts by the DEBATE MODERATOR (TM).
In case anyone was curious, the DEBATE MODERATOR will be here represented by the LOVELY MULE! If you'd like to be the DEBATE MODERATOR IRL, please post down here saying so and we might pass the duty (and the honor) off to you!
Each character gets one question and two follow-up questions. The two follow-up questions can be posted in the debate thread!!

Wendy: Do you plan on revising city policies for emergency response? In reference to the recent poor weather causing a near city shut down, as well as the 'rash of crime' that happened while everyone was all cooped up.
Borr: What will you do to boost tourism business to the city?

Cid: A very serious question to all candidates. What are your thoughts on the inclusion of potential masked superheroes as part of a way to look after the city in light of all the recent events?
Nasir: (for Scott) In regards to discussing the expansion of the arts, does this include the culinary arts as well?

Eve: Where does your platform stand on accessibility and advancing disability rights in town? Will you be taking steps to ensure facilities such as single-stall bathrooms comply with ADA requirements?

Rylan: How do you propose to improve Ashdown security and public safety (as applies to fire codes, building infrastructure, the park and potential wildfires, etc, and not necessarily to the recent disappearances)?
