 Rentaro YamamotoRentaro, with his school bag over his shoulder, walked through the gates of his high school with a laid-back posture. It was just another typical day at school. Go to class, learn, and repeat. He didn't like the fact that there wasn't anything good happening in his life. There would be the occasional rumors and drama but it wouldn't get so heated like he'd imagine. Man, I should have just skipped school today.. He mumbled to himself as he made his way into class and took a seat. His desk was located in the back corner which was something he didn't mind since it was close to the window. Wouldn't it be nice if something or someone happened to catch his attention? Rentaro always dreamed for this moment but nothing happens. Everything is always the same.

(ehh, I'll try) The young girl walked into the classroom. She stood at the front of the class. She did not move her mouth, she was scared about what would be said. She hardly spoke to anyone. Her eye caught a boy. She forced her gaze to the rest of the class. She studied the faces, the clothing, and the expressions. (we did it at the same time......)

Rentaro YamamotoThe bell had rung and all the other students hurried back to there seats. Rentaro leaned back in his seat and awaited for the teacher's instructions but that wasn't how class was going to start. A new girl was being introduced first. "W-Who is that?" He thought to himself. The new girl had Rentaro's full attention. He hadn't realized it yet but the girl countered his daily life of being same all the time. She changed his whole perception. She seemed so pure. Rentaro felt like he was staring at her too much so he turned away for a brief moment, waiting for the girl to introduce herself to the class.

Yume Elderlock She looked at the teacher. He nodded and she opened her mouth. "My name is Yume Elderlock" She said. When it seemed she would say no mare the teacher gave her a seat next to the boy who had caught her attention.She was focused on the lesson that the teacher was talking about. She sighed when he started math.

Rentaro YamamotoRentaro couldn't believe that the new girl was seated next to him. Why would the teacher place her there? Rentaro never pay attention in class or took notes so why? He sighed in confusion. "So her name is Yume.. Yume Elderlock. Rolls right off the tongue. Hah hah." He let out a small chuckle. A math lesson was being taught and Rentaro couldn't help but internally groan. This was his least favorite subject but everyone else seemed to like it or maybe they were just being good students unlike himself. As the teacher kept going on with the lecture, Rentaro pulled out his notebook and wrote a note to Yume saying "Yo. This is pretty boring huh?" He passed the note over to her desk quickly before anyone could see. What would they say if they saw him talking to the new girl? Who knows?

Yume looked at the note. She smiled a little. She wrote back, "Yes, very." She passed it back and wrote down the formula in her notebook when the teacher looked at her. She knew some of this already. The teacher continued to write on the board.

Rentaro YamamotoRentaro caught a glimpse of Yume's smile, he couldn't believe his own eyes. "Wahh, she's so cute.~" He blushed slightly. This was Rentaro's first time ever talking to a girl and he seemed to enjoy it for the time being. As Yume passed the note back, he read what she wrote to himself. "Yes, very." Maybe she was just like him? Is it possible that she could be his other half? All these weird thoughts began to come to mind but Rentaro shook them off. What am I thinking? There's no way she'd like a guy like me.. Rentaro reassured him before writing something back. Wouldn't it be nice if we could go somewhere else? We gotta wait for the bell to ring to be on break. I'm Rentaro Yamamoto by the way. It's nice to meet you. The boy passed the note with quick hands and awaited for Yume's reply. The teacher was almost done with his lecture and the next bell was just about to ring.

Alice Elderlock She looked at the note. "Yes It's nice to meet you, I skipped breakfast. Do you know when lunch is?" She passed the note. Her eyes looked at him. Then went to the front of the room

Rentaro YamamotoRentaro read what the girl wrote back and she seemed to be hungry. Ah, that would be the perfect time to get to know her more. Yes! The boy grabbed his pencil and wrote back to the girl again. Ah, I see. Lunch isn't until a while from now but the next bell is about to ring. That'll probably be a good time to go grab something to eat. He passed the note back and just as he did, the bell rang. All the other students got up from there seats and walked out of class and into the hallways. Rentaro got up from his seat, picked up his schoolbag, held it over his shoulder and waited for Yume. C'mon, let's go grab something to eat! He said with a laid-back posture.

Yume Elderlock The bell rang and the other started standing up. She read the note. He then said "C'mon, let's go grab something to eat!" She smiled. OK! Students came in and out of the class room. She stood up. She had a odd feeling. She wanted to get to know him better.Her undershirt got wrinkled due to it was longer than her vest. She tugged it down to unwrinkle it.

Rentaro YamamotoRentaro let out a small smile as Yume agreed to his proposal. The two walked out of class and entered the hallways together. Students back to back took a glance at them and began to chatter. Rentaro didn't care though. He used to be the new kid too. So, how do you like class? He asked her. Wow, that was the most bland way to start up a conversation. When he was writing notes to Yume, he felt a bit more comfortable. The boy wasn't really used to talking to people face to face. Waiting for her to answer back, Rentaro remembered that there wasn't anything to eat in school because it was the student's job to bring food from home. Damn. Maybe he would share his lunch with her.

It's Interesting. She said. She cought a few words that the other kids were saying. It was better than that school she went to a few years back. She felt the hot burn from that one kid. Her face lost the color at the memory. It had happened so soon after Diana's death. The color slowly crept up to her face again. Her eyes had specks of sorrow. (I'm sorry my thing deleted the quote)
