Vitor is a mystical mountain that everybody knows about but at the same time, nobody knows where it is. It has been said that the Vitor Mountain lies high in the clouds or sometimes that it’s only surrounded by clouds and that it changes its place of existence the way the winds blow. Many people had that luck to find Vitor, but only by chance, and they could never find it again for the rest of their lives no matter how hard they looked for it. It is believed that this strange place is the home of dragons. In Slav tradition, every major hero is a descendent of dragons, so this mountain could be also called the home of heroes.
Challenge: All hero's descend from Dragons!
Uniform: Focusing more on the black, pink, purple swatches of Pluto!

Weapon
Stage One: Wrench.
Stage Two: Magical Wrench - Magical Bonus: Vitor's magic revolves around the idea of sabotage. If the wrench comes in contact with an agent of chaos the body part in which makes contact with 'locks for a moment' think of it like a loose bolt, if the bolt comes loose then the part attached would not work properly. IC this feels a lot like pins and needles and the effects generally go away after 20 seconds. However if he catches someone behind the knees it is within reason to believe they would fall, or at the same time when an elbow is touched they may drop their weapon. The effect also works if the wrench if thrown, however it is ill advised as his aim is generally quite terrible!
Stage Three: The Most Magical Wrench in the world? - Effect is pretty much exactly the same, though now the limb remains rather numb for closer to 35 seconds~
