Mara tapped her fingers against the side of the door, this time she was in armor not wanting Andy to see her face or even know what race she was. It was also because only she and her team were left to deal with the metas here... four new metas and their two trusted ones were out recovering.
Something she had mentioned to the fewest people possible, all kage knew was that Ree was still back at the sanctuary ..and he had not meet Tri yet anyways for some reason or another.
It had also fallen to the point that she needed to do -something- with Andy, all her talked kept rounding back to her and the wish of the leaders to see her dead. She was reluctant to kill her outright... there were other ways to use her, either as bait or even experimentation if she hide it from Tri and the others. There was also the danger Tri had mentioned, something that made him want to follow her every command...-that- was useful if they could use it. But it also meant they had no defense from it... unless Ree was also immune to it as he had been to Kage's Sealing.... now that was a curious meta. She could understand why Ree was suspicious and also curious of Kage. A shadow that didn't even give off a hint of the unsettling qualities the others did and with the abilities to manipulate the memories of others...and locks.... basically anything with the symbolism of locking and opening.
There was some skepticism to the claim except no one wanted to be the first to try it encase it were true. No volunteers..meaning they had to pick someone who wouldn't volunteer but wasn't in a position to say now...and well 1 +1 ...Andy.
Perfect test..and it didn't matter if he messed up somehow because that would make her more malleable. The only defense against the supposed ability that was leaking past the collar was the fact she left someone with the control to activate the sedatives that were placed within the collar. They were watching them in the same way she watched Tri the first time he made contact....she would have locked Tri down as well if he showed any hint of doing what Andy willed.
Looking up she glanced down the hallway for the Shadow meta, the other three people of her team waited as well guarding either side of the door. They let him wander around the allowed areas for a few days, watching him as he learned about them, or at least their facade. Always a guard appearing at the more inopportune time here or there when it seemed he might go unlock any restricted area... but so far there was nothing that hinted he wasn't what he seemed...a meta who gave himself amnesia for some reason then sent himself off to find it all again. Yea.... Still as long as he was willing to work with them they helped...they were already looking for this Masamune person... not only for Kage ... but to see if there was any hint of her relation to the swordmaker of the same name and..Hexxis.

Kage looked at his escort as they crossed one of the restricted areas. "I thought the boss lady didn't want me down here?" As usual he was only talking to himself, as Ree had warned most of the others employed here didn't speak even when spoken to. At the very least, they didn't talk to him. The last few days had been boring, a meeting with Mara and then waiting, more waiting. They let him roam the facility, but anytime he got to close to something they didn't want him to approach armed guards would seem to just appear in the way. The entire experience had been a snore thus far, but they were looking for the woman who had taken him as a child and he couldn't complain about that. The first assignment was supposed to be a test from what he was told and so he returned his attention to the file that had been sent to him, keeping up with the escort as if on auto pilot.
Skimming through the report Kage could tell that it was all very new. The original layout seemed similar to the one he had seen on his report at the academy, but there were addition notes tagged into the folder. Kage looked at her item and then down to the notes as they walked. Electricity, it seemed there were reports of her hurling lightning although that shouldn't be possible with her restrained and weakened. He continued on looking down the file, reports of a strong desire to fullfil the requests of the captive even while restrained. He grinned as he continued reading, "Interesting."
Kage waved to Mara as he passed. "I read the report, I'll let you know when I am done." He handed the file off to one of the guards and stepped inside. He walked up behind the woman chained to a chair in the middle of the room and placed a hand on her head. "Hello there, Andy. My name is Kage and I've been asked to speak with you." His power flowed into her through their physical connection, this time unlike with Ree he kept his senses about him knowing that it was possible to somehow resist him.(Open your Heart) "I would like you to tell me about yourself."

xAndy was apprehensive as someone new walked in, she narrowed her eyes as she noticed they were likely another meta. 's**t.' she cursed to herself, knowing that her moral conscious wouldn't let her hurt him. He walked over to her and put on her head, sending a chill down her spine. She hesitated then pulled away. What was he doing? How dare he touch her. Though, he hadn't done anything to be threatening. In fact, for what looked like a shadow, he didn't seem intimidating at all like the archangel that had been in there with her when she was first captured. He asked about herself. "Hello Kage..." she retorted annoyed as watched him careful, unsure of how to even feel about him, conflicted about whether to even be on guard. She shook her head of the conflict in her mind. "How about we talk about Melody." she said bluntly as she tensed her wrists against the handcuffs behind her back. She readied herself. She needed to know that Melody was okay. No, she needed to see that she was okay. "Let me see Melody." she commanded [Hypnotic Suggestion]. He looked young enough that maybe he wouldn't fight her dampened power like the other guy did. She could only hope.

Mara watched him him passed and shook her head, teens. #Linked me to their audio feed. I want to know what they are talking about in there # she muttered as she moved to stand guard with the other four. and listening in the the conversation that was happening behind the door.To know if he needed help, even if he was a handful himself.

Kage was patting her head as she tried to convince him to let her see Melody, there was just one problem there. "Who's Melody?" He didn't even have to resist her compulsion as she asked the impossible, you can't tell someone something you don't know and you can't let them see someone you don't even know exists. He continued to pet her head each time his energy flowing into her as he attempted to determine how much it took for a Meta to become malleable. (Open your Heart) He moved from behind her a warm smile on his face.
"We can talk about this Melody if you want, who are they to you? He turned the chair across from her so that he could take the seat looking her in the eyes. He placed a hand on her leg as he continued trying to shape her to a more malleable state.

xShe shot a glare and a quick exhale as he asked her who Melody is. He was patting her, something that just came off as condescending to her, but she allowed it for now, not exactly sure what he was doing. She would retort about how cocky he was but her priority was on Melody. "Melody! She a little girl with black hair with blue and red eyes! One of your people shot her!!" she was getting angry but shivered as he touched her leg. Looking down at his hand, she hesitated. "What.. are you doing?" she said bluntly, trying not to show any other emotion about the physical contact as she moved her leg away and looked to him, her eyes narrowed. Obviously, she wasn't going to get any information about Melody from him as he seemed to genuinely not know about her. Which was.. odd. She seemed cautiously confused by what was going on as she adjusted her hands in the handcuffs, starting to get leverage to try and break them if she needed to. "Why are you here? What are you here to find out now?" she asked, trying to figure out his angle, assuming they had just wanted more information from her. She had already given them a lot of information about the EE, what would a few more pieces of information hurt.

Kage shook his head, "I don't have any people." He allowed her to pull away and shook his head, "I'm sorry to hear about that though. Was she your friend?" His smile faded as he showed concern for the child she seemed worried about. He stood turning away from her as he looked out at one of the walls, "I can inquire about the girl afterward if you would like."
"Why are you here? What are you here to find out now?"
Kage chuckled, "Why are any of us here? I'm here because I'm looking for answers in my own way and I'm here to listen to you. I would like to know about you, about your life. I don't care about what you may have been asked before as you seem to be implying. I just want to know about you, Andy. His voice was soft, gentle and the way he said her name sounded as if he was speaking about someone he cared for. Perhaps this was because of her aura or perhaps it was genuine care, she would have no way of knowing. He turned to look at her once more standing behind his empty chair, "So, why don't you tell me about yourself?"

xShe watched him, still apprehensive as he spoke. He seemed genuinely concerned for Melody, as Andy paused and relaxed the chain of her handcuffs. She didn't understand why he seemed so calming. "..I'm just.. We're really close." she confessed, her anger softening slightly. She was getting confused. 'This is probably a trap, what are you doing!' she thought, trying to shake her head. She couldn't tell, which started a small glimmer of fear in her stomach. One that only felt like flutters, not something she was used to so she couldn't even tell what she was feeling anymore. He continued to talk, expressing interest in her, her life. What more could there be to know than she had already been known for. What was he seeking by asking her about herself. His voice was gentle and inviting as she relaxed slightly. She still seemed a bit worried but at this point, mostly calm that matched his own. "What do you want to know?" she asked softly, her voice not as threatening as before.

"I want to know about you. Tell me about your life, where you grew up, what you like. I want to get to know you, not Andy the terrorist. I want to know Andy the woman. He walked over to her placing a hand on her shoulder, looking her in the eyes. His smile returned it was warm and inviting as was the wave of energy that filler her once more, even if it wasn't very effective it seemed she was beginning to calm a little. He carefully used small amounts of his power not wishing to startle her or set her off and undo the progress they were making. He removed his hand and sat across from her once more, "Let's start where you want to start."

xIt was getting harder to distinguish her feelings on whether he genuinely cared or whether he was trying to pull a fast one. So far, he just seemed to be warming up to her, and continued to ask her about her life. She didn't see the purpose of it all. Why all this getting her to trust him, he could have just asked, she would have told him. It's not like she wasn't an open book most of the time, or so she would like to think. She narrowed her eyes and sighed, still keeping her guard up. Kage made her uneasy but it was better than dealing with the archangel. "Sure, whatever you say. Well, I grew up at the academy. I was an only child for a while. Cared for by Dr. Elaena. Sort of. She was always in and out. I met Rasiel when I was a child, he genuinely cared for me. Protected me. so I ran away with him. But it wasn't long before he disappeared and I had no choice but to return home. Then my sister Kira came into the picture. I hated her at first, b***h was always getting me in trouble." she looked off to the side as she spoke, just talking normally, everything she really cared to divulge at the moment, "I guess she eventually got me to warm up to her. Well, when I became a teenager, Rasiel came back. Both of our mothers disappeared so we moved away from the academy and took in Lucian, Kira, and Delilah and raised them as our own. Alice had come with us too, she was fairly ill most of the time. Eventually she got better and we planned to move back to the academy. We weren't even back a week.. when the humans attacked the school. And well, you probably know what happened there. Alice was killed by those ******** humans and Rasiel took the blame. After that, I helped Zaku form the Efficacious Eight to make our voices heard at all costs. But it's not without it's price, those same humans killed my sister. So I was found by Lucian and we went back to the academy. I guess I just really wanted to go back for closure or something. You know, a place where I didn't have to be on my guard all the time, but that was kinda futile wasn't it, because then I was found when I was out with Melody... And that's why I'm here, sitting handcuffed in a chair in front of a guy I barely know asking me to talk about my life like it really matters to anyone." she looked annoyed now, sliding her eyes back to Kage. "Satisfied?" she retorted bluntly, trying to keep her wits about her.

Mara tilted her head slightly and snorted at the last part. Making their voices heard, it was laughable. They were heard but no one paid attention, they were all busy looking at what was done. Actions speak louder than words.
Still... Rasiel and Andy raised at least two members of the EE? and Delilah...that was the secretary for the Sanctuary wasn't it? She needed to look that up. It was starting to make an odd amount of sense.

Kage continued to watch her placing both of his hands on her legs, "I'm sorry to hear that, was there nothing enjoyable in your past?" He looked sad as he stood up, removing his hands from her person again. It was clear that she wasn't fully open, but by now that should have been impossible unless there was something keeping her from being manipulated. "I'm not satisfied, but I don't think it really matters. I ask you about you and you still talk about others. I don't care about the Efficacious Eight or Rasiel the killer. I understand you have history, but I want to know about you. What do you do for fun?" Kage walked behind her placing both hands on her shoulders, his thumbs making gentle circles as he massaged them lightly more power flowing in for a final conformation. (Open your Heart) He was attempting to keep her calm as he stood behind her, allowing her to get used to him being out of sight as they spoke. "It matters to me. I want to know everything about you.

xAndy's eyes locked on his hands as they touch her legs again, her heartbeat was picking up, feelings stirring within her as she hesitated and looked away, trying to ignore it. "Well, when humans ruin your life and take everything you cared about away from you, there's not much to enjoy." she retorted plainly. She seemed to sigh a bit as he removed his hands, keeping an eye on him in her peripheral. He didn't care about the people in her life, but about her. What did she have to show for her life. She had always done everything for someone else. Looking back, she never did things for herself, except for foolishly falling in love, something she promised herself she'd never do again. She had closed herself off as a teenager and refused to let anyone into her heart. What she felt deep down. Her facial expression changed to one of sorrowful thought as she reflected on her life. "I don't know.. I don't think I really did anything for fun growing up.. I made clothes.. that was nice. Looked up to the brand that ambassador Freya had created. Guardian Angel. I envied everything about her." she paused, she hadn't even realized he had placed his hands on her shoulders, she tensed slightly but couldn't find it in her to fight him, exhaling deeply. "I used to sing." her voice was low, like she was in pain in her chest. "I don't think I've ever done anything for myself.. at least not in a very long time. My whole life has been filled with fighting. Fighting malices, fighting humans, fighting myself." she lowered her head slightly, she couldn't figure out how to deal with her emotions that she had kept locked up inside for forever. "I don't even know why I keep fighting.. I lost everything... even Rasiel hates me now.." she inhaled sharply, trying not to let her emotions overflow, she couldn't very well start crying right here in front of some stranger. In front of Kage.
