Programming -- This was something he picked up in high school, and it kind of came naturally to him. He finds it enjoyable and somewhat mind-numbing. That being the case, it's incredibly easy for him to lose himself in the work and he is endlessly amused by programming marginally useful applications that, in the real and practical world of programming, would never see the light of day. Other than stupid little games and the like (that just make him smile because they're so simple yet somehow enjoyable at the same time), he also tends to create programs that make his gaming life a little bit easier. He occasionally shares his mods in the forums, but usually winds up finding the responses either stressful (demands for improvements) or just lacking (not enough response, period).
Sketching -- In middle school he did it just to get his ideas down on paper, but kept at it because his art teacher said that his sketches looked good and he had some potential. It's less a passion and more a hobby for him, and for the most part he uses it as a sort of an in-between medium for the ideas he has for websites or logos or just things he thinks looks cool, but he does take classes and actively practices the craft. Landscapes are his next favorite thing to draw and what he tends to do when he's feeling pensive or emotional, then more or less everything else just goes after that. He finds portraits are his weakest skill so he does make time to practice, but with his busy schedule it's not nearly as often as he would like. He is getting better though. Slowly, but he's progressing.
Gaming -- He's more of a casual gamer, if anything. His roommate and best friend in college got him into it and he just got sucked in. More than likely that was because he sometimes had to spend hours and hours on end in front of a screen anyway, and once he got comfy it was just easier to sit back and game a little rather than get up, go to the park and get some sketches done. He was never as into it as his buddies, but even with his busy schedule now he uses it as an escape from the bustle of running his own website, freelancing and working full-time (even if the position meant he could work from home). He likes trying new games as much as he does going back to his old ones, but is more partial to FPS games as opposed to MMOs. Something about shooting people...
Hiking -- Curiously enough this was something he picked up during high school, when a girl he was dating asked him to go with her on a "little" hike that turned out to not be so little. Despite the tortuous trail to get to the top, though, he fell in love with the view and, in turn, hiking. He enjoys going on his days off when he can go early enough to catch the sunrise or late enough to catch the sunset, when he enjoys sketching the landscape the best (though he's never worked with color, he finds his best work is at these times). He also goes when he finds he needs to really think things through and being in front of his computer is more of a distraction than anything. It's also an activity he enjoys doing with his friends, so it'll always be his first choice when planning day trips.

- Harvey has always had a relatively good feel about the world around him. He’s adept at reading between the lines, sensing the mood in a room or a conversation, and feeling the vibe about a place or a person. It’s enabled him to avoid potentially unsavory situations and relationships, and has allowed him to help his friends do the same. While it’s imperfect, for the most part it’s served him well and he’s quietly very proud of this.

- Harvey is the type to give himself fully to...really, anything. He will bury himself in a project and disappear for days at a time, research and participate in any and all activities if he’s found a new cause, and he invests as much of himself as he can afford when it comes to new relationships. When something catches his eye and he’s determined that it’s worth his time he goes all in, one-hundred percent.

- Harvey has never been given the compliment that he’s a people person, never mind a people pleaser, and this is no small part due to the fact that he has a bit of a temper. He tends to be more explosive when it comes to his frustrations with any given project, but his fuse with people is also relatively short. While never violent, he tends to yell and use not-so-pleasant adjectives if he's in a foul mood. Which is more often than not.

- Harvey has very little regard for formalities, though he gives way to certain ones out of respect for his family. He doesn’t see much point in observing the niceties, feeling it to be a practice in wasting time, and much prefers things to be simple and straightforward. He can be blunt to the point of rudeness and can come off as overly harsh when giving advice or critiquing something–he just tells it like he sees it.

- Calling Horn -- Looks similar to an ancient calling horn, elaborate Cosmos-style carvings and design. (ref)
- Magic: Kiringul takes a deep breath and blows into the horn, however no sound comes directly out of it. Instead, the sound goes directly into the ears of anyone within a 10ft radius; the sound varies between listeners. For opponents it causes the listener to become disoriented in some way (the sound and how it disorients the listener is up to the player) as their mind becomes lost in the vastness of cosmic eternity. It essentially renders them unable to focus as long as Kiringul is channeling his magic, and they can feel confused and dazed and out of place with their surroundings. For allies it gives the listener a soothing sort of clarity, as though they have come out of a peaceful eternity, and allows them to focus better as long as Kiringul is chanelling his magic. At second stage, the sound has a maximum duration of 30 seconds.
- Ornate Warhorn -- It looks like a slightly more ancient warhorn, has very ornate Cosmos-style carvings and design, and carries an air of ethereality about it. (ref)
