Name: Viann I'hazne (Vee-ann ~ (ISH-ahz-nee)Age: 18 (August 10th)Gender: MaleSpecies: MeowsticMoveset: Male Meowstic movesetPersonality: Viann is a quiet, reserved Meowstic with a powerful big-brother complex that at times was known to override his otherwise contrasting behavior. Despite his calm ways, the Psychic is extremely self preserved unlike most of his brothern in their supportive ways. He's a young and calculated individual who has little concern for strangers, but all the care in the world for those close enough to him, if not ones he simply considers useful to him, or his goals.Bio:Quote: Viann was born a first born twin partnered with a female named Viva within a very powerful and very strict clan of Meowstic. The duo, like most, grew up in an extremely loving and caring family. The clan above all was centered around keeping each other moving forward; it was their pillar of strength and it kept them strong. The dark side of their loving little home were enforced gender roles; something that came very naturally to Meowstic species. Females were trained excessively in combat from a young age and sent out on their own in the outskirts of their homeland to search for food and/or resources. A common recreation for female evolution was to map out distant areas and make it back alive. Such things sounded easy, until you consider the volatile weather changes and flooding risks that surround their village area. It was the perfect trial.. and there were a lot of instances in which the females never made it back. Males on the other hand were extremely sheltered due to their natural disadvantage in an otherwise female ran society. Their gender served very little purpose outside the ability to continue breeding and the need to handle all the little things around their village. Whereas females handled threats physically, and ran the internal government in outside affairs due to their knowledge of the former as well as their gathering and mapping skills. While all of this would be going on, the males would be tending to children.
Viann had a unique perk, being a twin. It was a rare and uncommon genetic occurrence in their species, but every so often, males (or females) will be born direct twins to their counterpart; leaving the male female colored, or the female male colored. In this case, Viann shared his sisters' unique coloring. When the Espurr evolved (an unceremonious occurrence, when it happened, it happened, no one particularly cared), he was revealed to be a white pelted, blue marking individual. He was quick to act on this, being the first to evolve of the two, knowing what his sister would go through in the near future. Assuring her survival was utmost priority. And he did. The Meowstic never returned to his parents when he evolved. Male Espurr were very slow to evolve by nature; being untrained as they were, though the twins spent a good, large amount of their time sparring behind close doors and the preteen considered it a blessing in disguise with no further thought in the matter. It was only days later Viva evolved and was sent alone into the wild with eyes full of determination and success. He waited for her in the outskirts without a single bat of an eye from the inside. The disappearance of a single male or two? It wasn't a need for concern.
The duo met with surprise but for an otherwise joyous reunion before venturing out together. The first few days were easy and it'd been hot and sunny. The team created highly detailed maps and shortcuts within them as well as discovering unique berries and grasses alike. There was wildlife to the North they'd never experienced before, and a fresh water river that ran for miles over in the East. He enjoyed it, he really did. It was the following few days where everything changed, and the humidity buildup brought about an aggressive rainfall. The twins camping out in a deep cave beside the riverbed were awakened by overflowing water wetting their coats. Shock overriding fear, they made a break for the exit before risking drowning when the raging river plunged a large tree into the opening of the cave, locking it into place with a steady buildup of debris on the raging water. In panic the duo struggled to move the large barricade as water continued to rage and struggle passed matter into their now cage and possibly grave. Viva's last attempt as the water reached their waists was to demand her brother to move back before raising her ears and lunging at the large tree. Then there was just raging water overpowering their screams and hearing. The male regained enough of his senses to scale broken and smashed trees within the raging water before finally succeeding in removing himself from the river. Waterlogged, exhausted, and fur heavy, the partially aware psychic looked out into the distance with no sight of his sibling.
Defeat and exhaustion in his eyes, it took the Meowstic days to regain the willpower to convince himself to leave the riverbed. At the rate he was going, the limping quadruped was going to starve or be killed and in time, common sense and survival ruled over regret and depression. Unable to face his home again, the psychic carried on for days, or even weeks before finding a village. A strange village; it was a town. A city even. A world of large houses, roads, and shops. It was here after some effort and recovery that Viann discovered the guild and learned of all their travel related business. Dead set on reuniting with his sibling, the Meowstic insisted on joining their ranks with little second thought. (to be edited accordingly) Appearance:x Viann is a bit of a eyeopener at first sight; being white furred with a bushy ruff and full head a hair. His only gender determining qualities if you're familiar enough with the species are his pointed tails, ears, and short ruffles. Upon close enough inspection, one can notice his extremely deluded male markings on his tails and ears. The boy often leaves himself androgynous if only to avoid the all too common and overheard "you have girl coloring", just in case he didn't already know. Name: Eleanor "Ele" Volouse Age: 12 (December 25th)Gender: FemaleSpecies: KirliaMoveset: Kirlia movesetPersonality: Eleanor is a bright and happy Kirlia with a creative conscience and a not so clear record back home, often known for colorfully spray painting walls with little regard for authorities- with good intent of course. Brightening up the place with flowers never hurt anyone. She's unbiased in the most innocent of ways and believes that the truth goes further than social status, but will always try to appeal to everyone not in attempt to fit in, but because everyone has the right to be her friend. She's known to be dramatic, often taking petty arguments between her friends and peers to heart then spilling her feelings out to those around her for support and advice on the subject, though she's often the first to move on and carry on in attempt to push her relationships in the right direction.Bio:Adopted as an infant by Alice, Eleanor was raised in a supportive and caring environment with her mother. Her grandparents raised her primarily as a baby, as Alice was often handling governmental issues. Eleanor, like most children at the time, was apart of an adoption movement enforced by Alice herself in the village, which had been suffering from population control issues before she and her brother were born.(cont.)Appearance:x Like all Ralts-line relatives in the northern colonies, Eleanor is snow white skinned with bright, cool colored eyes. Her plates lack any pigment much like her body. She often bears a happy and carefree expression that most children her age would. Eleanor's hair is extremely long, something her mother takes great pride in but proves to be a trial for the Kirlia to keep in check without her mothers' assistance. Tripping over it, pulling it accidentally, getting it stuck on/in things, and simply keeping it out of the way is a losing battle. Eleanor found the only way to win the battle was to put it up- however neatly a 12 year old could.Text Color: #4F94CDName: "Paper"Age: 16 (May 21st)Gender: FemaleSpecies: AudinoMoveset: Audino movesetPersonality: Paper is a bright individual with a strict preference for schedules and routine... but is frankly terrible at upholding that. She's a bundle of fur prone to bouts of senseless stress and panic without an off switch and always has something on her mind worth chattering to herself about until the next problem rears its head. Paper is genuine and wishes for the best of people, but she usually has more important things to worry about. Like where that book she misplaced in her last episode is. Paper is fairly smart underneath it all and prefers to act as a planner for her team, though she'd never hesitate to tag along on missions and learn something new or guide them from the back lines.Bio:wipAppearance:x A normal sized, normal colored Audino. Her differences all come in with her markings and large, bushy pink tail. Her forehead is covered by a full, pink fringe from her father's side with a stray sticking up on the top. The curled extensions of her ears are tied loosely under her neck with a small, thin piece of paper, she keeps on hand in case of emergency.Text Color: #f86dc8
